If a student prefers physical media, it should be provided for the cost of admission. Books do NOT to be charged nor connected to wi-fi. Something to address going forward. School positives: 1. The instructors (Juan and Leo) were knowledgeable! When I needed clarity, they both responded in timely manners in understandable ways. I read the words, watched the videos, played the PowerPoint videos, so I went with many clarification inquiries. 2. Interim Career Counselor Bonnie. She stepped in right around the time I was graduating and genuinely wanted to help myself and any others who were willing. Her whole career has been helping and she was fantastic!
