What I ended up finding was somewhat of a second home. The culture Tim sets in YME is unlike anything you will find at any other public or private gym. When you walk in, the energy is up and ready for you. Tim retaught me countless weightlifting and training fundamentals. He takes great caution and care in noting past or present injuries, turning training sessions into recovery sessions if necessary. Most of all, Tim's desire is to help others walk into the image of God that they have been designed to be. Yah Made Everything is the cleanest gym I have EVER been in! I have been going to gyms for years…read moreand I have NEVER been to one where the bathrooms were not only clean but immaculate. Also, Tim Jackson is the absolute best trainer I have ever seen! He corrected pre-existing problems with my right shoulder that limited the amount of weight that I could lift on the bench press. Note that I also previously wore a wrist brace on my left wrist, an elbow brace on both of my elbows and a knee brace on both of my knees before I started working with Tim. However, he corrected my form to the point where I don't have a need for ANY of this protective equipment any more, even though I have deadlifted 325 pounds and squatted 315 pounds at age 54 without any pain, discomfort nor injuries! Additionally, I am a vegan and Tim presented me with a meal plan that I could work with which enables me to obtain the macros I need to not only achieve but to surpass and thus Crush all of my fitness goals on multiple occasions. Note that in all my life, I have never had significant mass in my chest, however I do now in addition to significantly larger lats and a "christmas tree" in the center of my back. Lastly, as an added perk, I need mention that women have given me a lot of compliments after seeing my body (with my shirt on)

Dustin, Jake, Jeremy, Rae, and many other instructors have helped me so much in learning all the right technique and encouraging me to never give up. All the members are so friendly and motivating. Many of the members would come up to me and introduce themselves even after a sweaty and tough workout. Everyone is so encouraging, which makes me give my 100% every WOD. CrossFit is definitely a good workout when you want to get sweaty in less than an hour. It incorporates both strength training and cardio, which is perfect for me. And they have some good pump-up music which is a plus :) I love the environment here, and I will miss everyone who has been part of my CrossFit journey.

Just that the TVs never work, and a few of the Treadmills are broken, so you have to find one you have used over and over. The water fountain doesn't seem to be cleaned regularly and the bathroom/Men's locker room is too small for a gym this big, so I rarely go in there... Besides those cosmetic issues here and there, I haven't encountered anything else. Enjoy working out at this gym whenever I can, whether it's very early in the morning or later in the afternoon. Parking can be a hassle during busy hours, though. So, I try to avoid that and attempt to drop in during the non-hectic times...

Grunting is encouraged and so are gallon sized water bottles. The changing room isn't pretty and neither is the "spa". The staff is like family and the gym is dirty. It's not meant to be comfortable. I've been coming to this gym for awhile and I've always had the same problem here. This has happened to me multiple times and on different occasions where old men take videos and pictures of me at this location, I've reported it and nothing was done not even a call back. I was late to pay my membership since I hadn't got paid yet and still got kicked out ! I still believe that the people who took videos and pictures of me still go to this location and nothing has been done ever since. It seemed promising at first but I realized the manager doesn't really care to much to step up and take action.
