The staff member I spoke with was extremely rude and unhelpful. Instead of trying to resolve the problem, she kept repeating "policy" without offering any real explanation or solution. To make matters worse, the location itself feels very dangerous, which only adds to the frustration of dealing with this gym. Overall, this Planet Fitness shows poor management, poor communication, and a complete lack of respect for customers. you you. While Covid cases have decreased, Planet Fitness has continued to maintain a clean and safe facility for its patrons. I also worked with one of their trainers to design my own program. The trainer listened to my goals and helped me create a workout routine that works as long as I remain consistent.

She was very nice, asked him several questions and assured him that on Monday, she would have the Form emailed to him. IT NEVER happened! On Monday, Jim called and left a voicemail on the Y phone. NO CALL BACK! Where is the Indianland Y's compassion, when we are worrying about illness and pending surgery that they can't acknowledge the fact that an elderly man cannot come to the Y and personally request to have his "Membership'" put on hold. Jim was a member of the cancer exercise Group until he could no longer attend. I would like someone to reach out and help us with this lack of compassion and communication. I am 84 and have vision issues and do not drive so I can't go to the Y and act on his behalf.

The results are amazing! She offered modifications and increased challenges for her routines. What I love most are her verbal cues... her voice is soothing and creates a peaceful environment. I highly recommend this studio and her classes. My other favorite is Aliana ! She teaches on Mondays, Wednesdays and Friday mornings. She has so much energy and is very supportive of her students. Aliana also offers impactful routines both on and off the reformer. Her bouyant personality and joy keeps us all motivated...even as we power through tough excercises. She makes it personal because she learns all of our names and is truly invested in our success! Come and see for yourself. You will not regret it!
