The main selling point for us was the Kids Club, very convenient hours to bring our toddler while we work out! The ladies locker room is nice and clean from what I've seen. Some gym equipment is a bit old, doesn't work as smooth (referring specifically to Glute Machine- donkey kicks lol) But looks like this gym is going to be getting a huge upgrade since as of yesterday, it is under new ownership! As soon as we walked in yesterday, we were promptly greeted by the new team, they were very friendly and informative and happily asked for feedback! They seem like they love what they do and represent the gym very well! I already love this gym, but if they had the tanning and a pool, it would be PERFECT! It would also be nice if they had water bottle friendly refill stations. I've uploaded some photos of what the gym currently looks like, it's not bad but I am excited to see what upgrades they give us ! Yayyyyy!

Do not let any of them tell you that it is free. It is 3rd party billing and depending how the gym sets it up they are being paid either every month and also possibly each time you check in. Cancel altogether if you are discontent. Plenty of other fish in the sea.

Many have already left, and many of the remaining members are looking elsewhere as the conditions worsen at the gym daily it seems. Many days, there are no, and I mean zero supplies with which to clean the equipment, and if we do t bring our own supplies, the equipment doesn't get wiped down before or after our use. It's a shame. I canceled my membership, yet they continued taking money out of my account long after the cancellation. When I tried to fix the issue, they refused to refund the charges. The staff member I spoke with was extremely rude and unhelpful. Instead of trying to resolve the problem, she kept repeating "policy" without offering any real explanation or solution. To make matters worse, the location itself feels very dangerous, which only adds to the frustration of dealing with this gym.
