Before I get into the details I want to mention they do give at least one free class to try it out. I highly recommend it. You can test it out. Take a water bottle (and towel) with you. :) Classes are typically 45 minutes with some being 60. The instructors are well-trained and incredibly kind. I also like that even if you go at the same time every day there could be a different instructor which keeps you feeling like you are doing something new. They each have their own style and part in the class that they like. The workouts are fairly well rounded with lots of stretching, isometric holds and pulses and even a slight cardio burst. You can modify anything any time which I like because those legs get to screaming at me! Typically at the end of class there is a relaxed breathing that helps you start the day off right. There was a change in hands about a year ago and while the other owners did a great job, I can see some great and positive changes happening. I also wanted to mention sometimes they have themed classes. The most recent were Wicked and the Life of a Showgirl. They had prizes and treats and had some fun decorations up.

Stroller Strength is a 60 minute full body workout combining cardio (power walking & or jogging) and strength training using resistance tubes and your body weight while having your child in the stroller with you. And they warn you that if you cancel before you've been a member, they will charge you another $25. BUT- THEY ALSO CHARGE YOU FOR AN EXTRA MONTH when you cancel. I joined in January. I cancelled today (June 25). That means I was a member for 6 months and was exempt from the $25 cancellation fee. Just minutes after I cancelled my membership on the app, my bank was charged another $14 for the month of July. Apparently it was in the fine print of the sign up documents that they would do this. Here is the email I received from their Customer Support: Hello Michelle, The terms on the membership are a 30 days' notice for cancellation. Anything owed up until the date of cancellation and any payments set to draft in the next 30 days are owed. We apologize that you were unaware of this policy as it is in the membership agreement signed at the start of each membership. We love having you apart of the VASA Fitness family and want to have you stick around! We wanted to offer a one month credit to your membership if you'd like to stay. Please let us know if you'd like to have the one month credit placed, or continue with cancelling your membership. If you are wanting to continue with the cancellation, please provide us with your reason for leaving VASA Fitness. Mckenna Member Services Representative JUST AVOID VASA. All of the instructors are great but my two favorite are Caliste and Katie. If you are looking to sweat your butt off, Make sure you take Katie's plate fit cardio class. This was my review of Club Pilates in Tulsa in August of 2023 when I joined:…read moreHighly recommend!! The instructors are all great and everyone I have met here are super nice. I love going to the classes and highly recommend Pilates!! It is a great workout and fun at the same time. The place is beautiful and spotless!!! 10 stars for sure!! This is now in August of 2026 I just ended my membership after 3 years. What changed: 1. The amazing instructors were either let go or left due to management making ridiculous decisions based on inaccurate gossip. It is interesting that the instructors let go were the most popular and their classes filled up first. 2. When asked why they weren't there I was told "trust me it was for good reasons". Nice way to back stab your former co-workers. 3. I used to love walking into any of the studios and feeling like I belonged. Now I no longer feel like I did when I started. I would come to class and no one talked to each other except the "regular club" who were the chosen". It reminded me of the lunch room scene in Mean Girls. 4. New instructors were teaching classes after not even finishing all of their training with absolutely no one there to watch and guide them. It wasn't safe and certainly not enjoyable. Instructors are being rushed through training to make up for those that have left. 5. Ridiculous new rules as to exactly what the temperature could be set at. 6. New rules whether enforced or not that we could no long keep closed water bottles at the reformer to be used during class. How disruptive it would be if everyone kept getting up to get a drink of water. 7. We were told that we were no longer allowed to adjust the springs, yet asked to please make sure there were two red and a blue when we left class. 8. Impossible to schedule a class if you were signed up for only 4 classes a month. 9. The owner Curt Clark is making ridiculous decisions while I am sure he has never once been on a reformer. 10. After being a member with an unlimited membership for three years I needed to switch to only 4 times a month. I needed to pick a new home studio and I was required to have another 3 month commitment which makes no sense to me. All three clubs are owned by the same person and I am not a new member. Just a way to lock someone in with payment. 11. The last thing which really hurt is when one of the members nearly passed out at the Broken Arrow studio about a year ago. They were literally laying on the floor unable to get up. I have been a cardiac nurse for over 43 years. I immediately jumped in to assess her and see what was happening. I tried to keep her safe and as stable as I could without any equipment until the paramedics got there and then handed off report to them. While the instructor working as well as the GM at the time were extremely grateful, it would have been nice to at least have been acknowledge by corporate, as I am sure they knew about the incident. I am not asking for a certificate or ribbon a simple thank you by the owners would have been nice. I wish you all the best, but I can no longer belong to a studio that does not value its members the way they should.
