(The one I had was purchased with credit and I was already paying monthly for it)! I took it into Mad Macs with no hope that anything could be done. Since it was still under warranty, the man who helped me said that he could replace the motherboard and other fried parts for me, and that act of kindness saved my life. I still think about it every now and again, which is why I'm leaving this review. Because of his kindness, I was able to do all my schoolwork in the coming years, and I did not have to go into more debt by replacing it. Mad Macs repair man from 25 years ago... you're a real one.

We have used Henry's for 10 years and we continued to go back even after disappointing experiences…read morebecause we felt that they were family-owned and a local business, so better to support them than the big box stores. Sadly, that has changed and we can no longer support them. I don't feel they are trustworthy. Appliance service has been very disappointing at BEST. We were sold a product with a missing part and were told multiple times that the part would be supplied, but it never was and we had to continually chase them. The missing part that was never even supplied, actually damaged the brand new appliance. We were sold an appliance that never worked properly and it was admitted to us finally that it was a manufacturer's defect, but no compensation of any sort was ever even offered. So there's two appliances that we purchased at full price, that ended up being not being as functional as they were supposed to be. Most recently, we were encouraged to spend over $750 dollars on fixing an old appliance only to have it break once and for all 2 months later. We had specifically asked if it was worth spending all that money on this unit or whether we should just buy a new one and we were Definitively recommended to do the repair. Now I have had to buy a new replacement appliance at the cost of what I spent on the repair plus $100 - a mere $1665 out of my pocket that I didn't really have to flush down the proverbial toilet. Their response to learning that the repaired appliance died? 'We (conveniently) have a sale coming up next week. Nope. No more. Hello big box store. And in discussing this recent terrible experience with friends and neighbors, come to find out that they have also had very similar experiences. Literally the Same experiences - appliances purchased that were missing parts and were guaranteed that the parts would be supplied, but they never were, poor service, etc. I'm not happy to be writing this review but I feel obligated to save others the pain and suffering we've been through

The quote for removal and disposal of branches, limbs and other yard debris was quite reasonable, but the best was yet to come. The three-man crew appeared here in Brimfield as scheduled (in spite of an annoying drizzle), quickly reviewed the parameters of the job, and immediately set to work. I had anticipated the job would take 6 to 8 hours; three hours after arrival the hard-working gentlemen were exiting our driveway leaving a thoroughly pleasing landscape in their wake. I heartily endorse Move Along, and I shall certainly seek their assistance when necessary chores become too much for this 84 year old!

I take no pleasure in criticizing a small business but here is what happened. In the past I brought two laptops to be serviced by Steve. He brought them up to speed and seemed like a stand up guy with his service. Stood behind his work. In June of this year 2023 one of my laptops would not power up. I left it with him over a long weekend to fix. When I picked it up he told me it seemed like a problem with the power button. He released the laptop to me and said to leave it in sleep mode rather than shutting it down. He told me for him to get a new power button would take some time. He would let me know when he would get one. I called him 4-5 weeks later to inquire how things looked. I was in no way irate rude, snide harsh at all . I trusted him and just called to follow up. He told me there no progress yet. I followed up with another call this week. Note: this is going on months later. He answered and told me he would call me right back. I ran a few errands and gave him a call. The call disconnected. I called back and the call would not go through. I thought my phone was the problem so I then used my wifes phone. Steve answered and before I could finish what I was saying I got a a busy signal. He HUNG UP on me both times and blocked my number is what happened. Ghosted. I wasn't rude demanding harsh accusatory or anything. I just asked legitimate questions His actions were beyond rude, Deny M reviewer sounds like he went through a similar situation. a hundred bucks for a computer that kind of works. side note: you tube has a few videos on how to repair power buttons I just looked them up. it's a common problem For a man who has "20 years repairing computers" Why was this difficult to fix? I had three (3) twin mattresses and two flat screen TV's and a frame to a daybed. I had a small amount of roof shingles from a backyard shed. I was quoted $780! I said I could not afford this and thank you for coming. Then the driver said, "How much do you have? I can work with you." I was honest and said $470. He counter offered $500 for everything but he couldn't take the roof shingles from the shed. I agreed. Then when paying for my removal I was ASKED to tip the driver!!! He was looking for at least 10%! That's a $50 tip for doing his job! Next time I'll rent a truck!
