When I got home I saw that one of the doors had not been done so I had to do it myself after paying them $275 and having to go back. Then today I went to put the things back into the glove compartment and it had not been cleaned even though I emptied it! I don't feel like I got a $275 worth interior detail.

With that said I have just had the worse experience with trying to get my inspection. When arriving I wore my mask and knocked on the door for service as per the note on the door. This large man opened the door and just stared at me. So I let him know I had an appt for an inspection. Do you have your registration he asks. Yes I put it on the passenger seat (as I have always been instructed to do before). He then says every 16 yr old knows to bring it with you. I ask so you are saying a 57 yr old woman needs to be instructed like a 16 yr old. He just stares. Ok I will go get it I say, no he says, it is good you have the attitude like a 16 yr old. Then he asks, Well, do you at least have your keys. (Well obviously as I drove there!) I am very irritated by now but I want to get my vehicle done. I hand him my keys and ask do you have a place to sit and wait. He then points to the landscaped wall being soaked by the sprinklers and says I have a wall. I took my keys back and left. They close at 4:00, but Ed didn't hesitate to help us. He put the car on the lift, showed us the extensive damage, explained what needed to be done, and took care of the repair the same day, even after hours. Staff at Ed's (including ed himself) was super helpful totally explaining the problem and what he could do to fix it. The shop is very clean and well run. Even though I didn't have an appointment my wait time was very reasonable. Price was fantastic and so was my experience. Never again will I go to the "chain" muffler shops when Ed's is so much better.
