The business did not ask me to change my review; I am doing so because I believe in being fair and correcting information I previously misunderstood. I spoke with Brianna today in person while my trunk and back bumper were being looked at, about the technical aspects of my repairs and the calibration process, and she took the time to explain everything to me. I learned that Expert Glass & Calibration needed to drive the vehicle at approximately 60 mph to properly calibrate certain sensors, which I was not aware of at the time. I also have a better understanding of how GEICO's repair-order requirements affected when certain suspension issues could be documented and addressed. Knowing this has given me a much better perspective on the repair timeline and process. (This was my first time having a car accident and going through this process.) While I did have some frustrating interactions with Seth regarding technicalities, communication and the cleanliness of my vehicle, after observing how busy this shop is- I understand how sometimes they can't always call a customer back and I wanted to be involved in all steps of the repair process. There was a misunderstanding regarding a comment about whether my vehicle had a tracker, However, prior to that, Emily was helpful and responsive, and the ladies at the front desk were consistently friendly and accommodating, even while I was navigating some difficulties with my repairs. I worked with Emily, EmmaLee, Olivia and Brianna during this process. I did call a lot because I was very anxious due to a new situation I was experiencing. There were several days I expressed frustration and came off confrontational. None of them deserved it. I appreciate Brianna taking the time to speak with me and clarify everything.
