It's a warm, friendly place and every time I been in the shop there are people working on projects, or just hanging out. I came in for some roving for a felting project. They are a nice assortment of colors, and I always find what I need for my project. Their prices are reasonable, you the staff is great. It makes me wish I could knit or crochet, but I think I'll stick with felting.

After telling me my price was going to be lower, they tried to charge me 50 dollars over my quote, when I said something he ended up charging me ten dollars less, even after he said my price was going to be a lot less than my quote! I would not suggest any body to this company, for more reasons than just lack of professionalism.

My experience from the first call talking to the receptionist, to the proof of concept, and the final product. I ordered a custom embroidered logo that was pretty detailed containing 7 colors. I think an average logo is 3 to 5 colors. With all the colors my Winey Munkies logo came out great! Before they took the risk of just placing the embroidery on my nice Adidas polo, I received a preliminary logo on a piece of fabric just incase there needed to be any modifications. The mock logo was great and I placed the order. A couple days later I picked up my shirt after a courtesy call from the receptionist letting me know it was complete. When I picked up my shirt all the staff was super friendly and interested in my thoughts about the final product. Finding reliable screen printer and embroiderer is not an easy task if you just go through the phone book or a Google search. You can not go wrong if you choose to use "Reno's Premier Decorator of Quality Apparel Since 2000."

I liked seeing how differently everyone's piece turned out. Thats what set it apart from other activities like a paint and sip. You're able to personalize it, so no one walks out with the same picture. You also can use power tools! What's more fun than that!? The staff was so friendly even when our group got a little rowdy. They helped me figure out color schemes and even brought out the glitter! Definitely want to go again.
