This is the time of year when retail puts theirs on SB sale. I used the Consumer Report website to check out the ratings and knew what I wanted. It was simply a matter of finding it in stock and the best price. I talked with a young man named Douglas. He is the TV pro and has been working TV's at BB for eight years and he knows his stuff. The purchase process and delivery was great. The use of their web site was not but I'm not going to ding Douglas for that poor experience. I even called BB Customer Service and they were about as helpful as a box of rocks. I really liked that they have a app that allows you to track the delivery real-time and it worked! The driver and his partner carried it in the house and placed it where I needed it.

This was one of the most disorganized Target stores I've visited. There were items scattered all…read moreover the floor in almost every aisle, making it look messy and difficult to shop. The most frustrating part was checking out. I found multiple boxes of waffles that were clearly marked with yellow clearance stickers showing they were 50% off. The tags never mentioned needing a Target Circle membership or any other requirement...they simply identified them as clearance items. When the discount didn't come off at the register, I politely asked the cashier about it. Instead of checking or asking someone for clarification, she told me that if I didn't have Target Circle, I couldn't get the discount because she couldn't scan it. That explanation didn't match what was posted on the clearance labels and showed a lack of knowledge about Target's own pricing policies. They refused to have anyone check and I had a photo of the isle. I wasn't upset about the money as much as the poor customer service and misinformation. Between the cluttered store and the confusion at checkout, this was a disappointing shopping experience. I expect better organization and better-trained employees from Target.

The women's clothing department is (and has been)...a MESS!!! For the past several months (maybe more?), I just noticed that there are these clothing items just thrown on the floors (by customers)...and they're just left there. I'm guessing that this department is understaffed...but I noticed that even when there is a staff member working in the area, the mess on the floor remains. They really need to find someone to pick up the junk on the floors...even if it's that's their only job requirement. As it stands, that department is beyond ridiculous! I don't think I've ever seen a clothing department look that bad at other Target stores, or even Walmart. I actually don't shop the clothes here, but I can't help but notice the mess when I walk around the store. It's so messy, I find it a bit gross. I personally don't think I'll ever buy clothes here. As much as I want to drop 5 stars, I just can't. They just need to find some employees to clean up the mess. That is all.
