    This is part of the home theater project they did again absolutely amazing thank you!!

    Jarrod ,Torrey Adam and the other tall black guy forgot his name anyhow they had done a Home Theater right here in Rock Hill and my phone. Those three guys had done a tremendous awesome work. I will not hire anyone else but the geek squad. They are amazing talent and smart. Mr. Adam has done a well training to those guys there is talent very smart. I appreciate that thank you so much. I look forward to work with you guys again.

    Smaller Best Buy than most in the area but they make up for it in service. I knew it was coming and I knew that the most current SD card was running out of space but kept putting off getting another one. Today was the point where I had to get an new one. I like the 32 Gbt SD drives because of a goodly amount of storage (4k plus files) and the computer sorts them with ease. Anything greater and the computer search bogs down. Simple purchase and I walk in and looking around, it's a different lay out than I am familiar with. Guy running security looks at me and asks, can I help you and he immediately direct me in the right direction. Get to the area and someone elsecomes up and leads me to directly where I want to be. Number of offerings for the SD Card that I needed were limited to three or four but that is more than enough and at a reasonable price. Found what I wanted and checked out in record time. Total time in the store was less than 10 minutes and with a single goal in mind, that was more than adequate. Next time will do a bit of exploring.

    We were looking at security cameras and such, which they had a few different systems available on display. Nice to see them here, but there are more varieties online and they're cheaper there too. As well, they have a great selection of laptops and desktops including Windows, Mac and Chromebooks.

    What do you do when you need a key made...in a hurry?…read more My Son is a Realtor and needed a key made in a hurry for a lock box as the house was scheduled for a showing with short notice. He asked if I could assist and of course I said yes. This location is in Rock Hill but the closest option for me in Fort Mill. Unlike Lowes, there was no one to greet me at the door or to ask what I needed help with. SO, I'm looking for someone to ask and no one is available. I finally found the area for Keys to discover it was now Self-Service. The machine is called a HILLMAN. I'm computer literate, I have a MacBook an iPad and I've had multiple Smart Phones. I've been working with computers for years. I could not figure this machine out. I posted a pic if you want to see it I began to look for help, all the people at the registers were busy. There were no CSR in the aisles. I finally walked down to the end of all the registers to the 'Pro Desk', there was a guy there doing NOTHING. I asked for assistance he said 'I'll call someone for you'. I'm standing by the machine. I waited 10 minutes. Finally a lady came strolling up, didn't say a word and was walking by me and I said 'can you help me with a key'? She said 'oh, that was you?' The system 'defaults' to creating a car key with a FOB. I needed just a regular old door key. I asked if she could explain what she was doing so I could do it myself if I needed to the next time. She was having issues with the machine herself. It took her a few minutes of trail and error to get to the right screen. Twenty (20) minutes and $4 bucks later I had my key. Technology is great....when it works and a little Customer Service goes a LONG WAY.

With Hospitality, not only will the resolve the issue, but their technicians are friendly and helpful and more than willing to explain the details of the problem and how they are correcting it. We are very pleased with the technicians we have encountered thus far. They go above and beyond their originally scheduled repair to recommend maintenance/ light repairs for issues they notice along the way. Scheduling: They have always helped us as quickly as possible and if next day service (very rare in all of our instances) was not available, we were always given an explanation and the soonest available time. The ladies in the office are always pleasant and positive-just what you need when in heating/A/C crisis :) Our warranty company uses Hospitality, so if yours does too, know that you will get great service!!!! Since then, our experience with this company has been extremely disappointing. From the beginning, they failed to maintain the service schedule that was promised. Our first maintenance appointment was supposed to be scheduled 12 months after installation, but no one ever showed up. We called and spoke with an older woman in the office to arrange the second year's maintenance. She seemed irritated to even be on the phone, and once again, no one showed up. By the third year, we finally got someone to come out because we were already experiencing issues with the system. A younger woman in the office was very helpful, professional, and took the time to explain everything she could. Unfortunately, the problems continued. The indoor units repeatedly stopped working. Shortly after one repair, the same issue occurred again. We had to wait through an entire weekend because there were no available technicians. We scheduled an appointment, only to have it canceled and rescheduled. A few months later, the main unit failed. Again, we were told we had to wait because same-day service was not available. During that call, the older woman in the Rock Hill office was once again rude and completely lacking in customer service. Not long after that, the unit failed again and required a solenoid or another exterior component to be replaced. We understood that the repair couldn't be completed immediately, and the technician communicated that clearly. However, when we called to arrange payment, we ended up speaking with the same older woman. Instead of helping us, she asked what we were complaining about since we hadn't paid anything yet. The reason we hadn't paid was because the technician specifically told us not to until the work was completed. We were calling because we were ready and willing to pay. Rather than assisting us, she was dismissive, rude, and disrespectful. We eventually contacted the technician directly and handled payment through him. Over the years, additional issues have continued to arise. Most recently, we scheduled a service appointment weeks in advance. Yesterday, at the exact time of our appointment--not before, but at the scheduled appointment time--we received a call informing us that no technician would be coming because customers with more urgent AC outages needed to be seen first. My wife explained that we had already been waiting for this appointment and that our own AC had stopped working that day. We had even tried contacting them earlier that morning but could only reach voicemail. She was again met by the same older woman and told that no technician would be coming. I called back myself after hearing that our appointment had effectively been canceled despite our AC not working in 90+ degree weather. Once again, all I got was voicemail. Based on our experience, I cannot recommend this company. The technicians we've dealt with have generally been professional and helpful, but the customer service from the office--particularly from one older employee we've repeatedly dealt with--has been consistently rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. If you call and happen to get her on the phone, I would strongly suggest asking to speak with someone else.
