This is the worst cleaners ever! I brought in several white shirts to be dry cleaned and when I picked them up, they were a light grey. I asked the owner why my shirts were grey, instead of white, and she claimed they were that color when I brought them in to be cleaned. I can assure you, they were not! I asked if I could be reimbursed because they ruined my expensive shirts and she said no. I just can't stand dealing with incompetent people (and companies) anymore. This place is awful. We just went to pick up a wedding dress on the 9th and the dress was destroyed - the fabric frayed all over. The front clerk is acting clueless and the 'business owner' she called is refusing to to help. Susan is the worst. They are saying this has never happened in 19 years....OK things go wrong, people make mistakes. We were trying to be extremely reasonable and they had the nerve to still charge us!? There is nothing to be done to recover the dress now and the best thing to do is to have them compensate for a replacement - if one can be found even this last minute. However, Susan is extremely difficult and refuses to show basic empathy. My fiancé is literally in tears since we're having a wedding in 2 weeks and are scattering to find a solution. Susan needs to step up pay for the cost of a new dress. read more

Ive had some sketchy experiences with other area dry cleaners. Every experience I've had with Stanford cleaners has been 100% awesome. The owner recognizes you when you pull up and has everything ready, she knows your name, and she is just an awesome human being! I've had clothes dry cleaned and laundered, seasonal down comforters cleaned,alterations done, buttons replaced, even some curtains modified. I've never had a bad experience. This place deserves the most outstanding review from me! Aside from taking my husband's shirts & pants here on a regular basis, I finally (after 3 years!) took my wedding dress here to be cleaned. I think my hesitancy for cleaning my dress was a mixture of the cost & of the fear of having it ruined. But it sitting dirty for long, having 11 layers of tulle, & worn at an outside wedding, I knew I had to man up & take a chance, so I brought it here. They had it for a week & when I came to pick it up, the man behind the counter started laughing in a good natured way as he informed me that it took them 2 cleanings to clean the dress! Ops! But that's not all, they even repaired the damaged tulle on their own! Something I'm sure a seamstress would have charged me SO much for! And all of this only cost me $100 & the dress looked great! So much better than I was imagining. So, I highly recommend this dry cleaner. The people are always so nice & friendly, they're work is good, the cost is affordable, & if you have a wedding dress, I really think you should leave it in their capable hands :) read more

I called to see if they dry clean down duvets. The woman who answered the phone could not speak english well but said yes she can clean but couldn't give me an estimate because she needed to see it. So I drove 5 miles and the woman then told me they don't do feather blankets. I told her this is a down comforter (basically the same thing) and she could only repeat what I said, "..yes, down comforter. We can clean down comforter." I asked her if she understood what is a down comforter but she didn't answer me because she couldn't understand English and for the most part couldn't speak English. But kept saying yes, down comforter yes. She felt my down comforter (from Europe) and said "no, no can clean." Then she showed me a down comforter that was ready for pick up and I told her this is the same thing. But she couldn't understand English!! She shouldn't be in the cleaning business. This place is the best cleaners ever! From the moment you walk in the owners will have a big smile and a welcoming hello. It is clear that providing great Customer service is important to them. One thing I really like is that organized along the counters and walls you will see teddy bears and pictures of their beautiful family (kids and grandkids). They have fair prices and the quality of cleaning is the best I've experienced. I brought them in Monday morning, got them back Wednesday morning. I was satisfied with the quality of work. The only negative is the mini strip mall the plant is located in is a bit of a hassle to get in an out of. It is across the street from a high school so avoid the times that school starts or ends. I recently moved into the Citrus Heights area and with the move came the search for a new dry cleaner. This place perfectly fit the bill and is even better than my old place in Sacramento! They are conveniently located on my way to work and have very accommodating hours. I can drop my clothes off on the way to work which was surprising to find because I get to work fairly early. This is very convenient! The staff is super friendly, an older married couple, and they do great work. They also have very good pricing and turnaround times--$1.75/shirt and $5.75/slacks. I just dropped off five shirts and two pairs of slacks mid-morning on a Wednesday and they will be ready at 6:00am Friday morning. Definitely try them out! read more

I am super disappointed at this place, they supposedly pressed my wedding dress and its nothing how it supposed to be and on top of dress being the same as before I am missing the belt. I am getting married in unfinished dress! How messed up is this? I called them to see if they can located and the lady at the front could help me at all. I came because of the five star review but that is not what I got. The service at the counter is friendly and quick. However, upon returning to pick up shirts I left, I noticed a stain on one that was not there when it was dropped off. When I asked them to remove the stain, they said I would have to pay for dry cleaning to have the stain removed. On top of that, they wrote in an identifying mark in black permanent marker on each shirt. No permission was given to write on my clothing. When asked what she could do to help, she said nothing. Not a refund or even an attempt to remove the writing. I won't even go in on the pressing or quality. Not even close to five stars. This was a very disappointing experience. read more

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE MY DRY CLEANERS! I recently started to have to get all of my work clothes dry cleaned. I've only been going here for a couple of months, but they already remember my car as soon as I pull up. They clean your clothes in two days (or less)- drop off Tuesday, pick up Thursday. I know they wouldn't mind getting it to you the next day if necessary. It is really helpful that the family is so sweet too- they pride themselves on good service and being nice to their customers. To be honest, this is the only place I've really used to dry cleaning, so I'm not sure how their prices are. But I feel like they're very reasonable. I always bring at least 3 pairs of slacks in- never more than $10-15. Can't complain. This place is a diamond in the rough these days. I am so happy they're so convenient for me, but I'd probably go out of my way to come to them if necessary. read more
