There are two regular employees: an Asian man and an Asian woman. They're so fast and efficient that I've barely had a chance to chat with them. Today, I returned a pair of boots. I was assuming it was through Happy Returns, so I just put them in a random box without sealing it. It wasn't. But, the Asian woman kindly told me she'd seal the box for me and take care of the rest even though I offered to do it myself, which I should've done anyway. The guy said fill it up and sign on the bottom so we did and said it's complete then the lady came and she said you are not supposed to sign you should wait for me so I can see so I told her the guy told us to sign but we can make another copy and sign in front of you and she said no need it's OK for next time. We usually go there sometimes but I think it's time to find a new location or when we get there we should ask the guy to help us. Everyone please avoid the rude lady.

You had time to make reparations before I walked out (visibly upset) and made no effort except to apologize. Apparently you don't mind giving a patron bad service but you DO mind negative reviews. Reviews are our only recourse these days and you need to be aware of that before letting potential customers walk out unhappy. I'll give my business to someone else.

Service was terrible and the person I spoke to seemed completely confused with who I was and what I was trying to order(twice!). I only needed flyers. It didn't seem like a difficult request. He even had my previous orders on file, so he knew what I would typically order. But ultimately, the price was not affordable and the turnaround time was really long. Add the bad service and I'm out. Didn't give me a lot of confidence in their ability to complete my order properly. Sad we'll have to find a new printer.

Unfortunately, my experience at this UPS Store fell into the latter category. From the moment I walked in, the customer service I received was unnecessarily rude. The employee I interacted with just generally spoke to me like I was stupid. When I tried to ask a simple clarifying question, instead of helping, she responded with noticeable attitude and impatience. I understand that retail and shipping environments can get busy and stressful, but professionalism and basic courtesy should still be the standard. Customers shouldn't feel talked down to for asking questions. I hope management takes this feedback seriously, because this kind of interaction reflects poorly on the entire location. I would think twice before returning.
