There are two regular employees: an Asian man and an Asian woman. They're so fast and efficient that I've barely had a chance to chat with them. Today, I returned a pair of boots. I was assuming it was through Happy Returns, so I just put them in a random box without sealing it. It wasn't. But, the Asian woman kindly told me she'd seal the box for me and take care of the rest even though I offered to do it myself, which I should've done anyway. You had time to make reparations before I walked out (visibly upset) and made no effort except to apologize. Apparently you don't mind giving a patron bad service but you DO mind negative reviews. Reviews are our only recourse these days and you need to be aware of that before letting potential customers walk out unhappy. I'll give my business to someone else.

The employee I interacted with just generally spoke to me like I was stupid. I understand that retail and shipping environments can get busy and stressful, but professionalism and basic courtesy should still be the standard.
