The employee I interacted with just generally spoke to me like I was stupid. When I tried to ask a simple clarifying question, instead of helping, she responded with noticeable attitude and impatience. I understand that retail and shipping environments can get busy and stressful, but professionalism and basic courtesy should still be the standard. Customers shouldn't feel talked down to for asking questions. I hope management takes this feedback seriously, because this kind of interaction reflects poorly on the entire location.
