So just recently I started rating businesses online only because I think it's great to share experiences to give others a heads up on what to expect. Okay their customer service is great. Very polite. Prices are very affordable. I got basic services. I ordered a basic business card. I was initially quoted at $25 for 100 cards if I have a pre made logo, basically just charging the printing services.Or, $25+$45 for the printing services and the logo design. I provided them with an outline of the design I wanted. They tried but unfortunately it was not what I expected. I said NO to it. And decided to creat my own design as I figured they would not meet my expectations based on their first try, so to save everyone's time I went ahead and created my own design. I sent it over to them and stopped by the shop to confirm I will send them over my own logo. They were fine with it. We went over pricing again since I was going to create my own design. He agreed to make adjustment to the $40 deposit I gave him. Once I sent them my design I asked to add two words on the bottoms of the card, again looked a bit off I asked to fix it they did. It took me about a week to pick up my cards because of my busy schedule. When I finally picked up my cards I got my box with 100 cards in it. I checked out my cards hmm not much to love about it. The two words I asked to be added for some reason just don't match with the card, the thickness and style of writing just does not fit with the card. Which I noticed from the get go but I just said yes to just get the job over with. Now when I asked for the difference because remember I created my own design after all, the front desk guy said he would keep the $40 deposit and call it even since he had created a logo but I said no to it. I did not bother arguing. I simply said oh even if I designed my own logo and the initial price for that was $25? Okay no problem. I walked away. I paid $40 for 100 cards that I designed myself all because I did not like a logo they designed for me. I understand they put time into the first design but I did not like it. I should of made them work until they designed one I liked to make my moneys worth. I am not pleased with their dishonesty. I am new to Pedro and I'm trying to relocate all my services. But def. not going back to this printing place. They lost a good customer over $15. I understand he took time to create first design but if I didn't like it why should I be charged for it. At least keep the $15 and compensate me with a bit of more cards or free sample stickers. Something! read more

I went to kinkos to get some business cards and I got starter cards. Once I ran out I was looking for something cheaper. I saw good reviews for MJM so I went in to compare prices. I did NOT regret this. I met with CJ I gave him a card that I had done at Kinkos and his prices were great. Once I received the cards from MJM, WOW, I couldn't believe the details and color and quality. There was no comparison to Kinkos. These cards were beautiful, inexpensive and such fast services. Since we received such a great service we ordered magnets for our cars which were also very reasonable prices. The magnets were beyond our expectations. CJ and his group did an excellent job on the design and installation of our boat lettering!!! Thank you CJ & Elmer for being professional, never rushing us and making sure it was done correctly and exactly how we wanted! They even came out to make sure with the constraints of the back of the boat that the lettering would be clear and concise. They altered it to make sure we would be able to read it and the coloring was right on. We will recommend them to anyone needing printing needs especially boat lettering. Yes you can order online for less...but these guys make sure it is done correctly and you are 100% satisfied with the results!
