Absolutely fantastic... That describes these guys and the quality of work they will do for you. As we all have learned at one time or another, Las Vegas contractors leave allot to be desired. They show up late (or not at all) and are only looking for the quickest buck with the least amount of work possible. They do not care if you're satisfied with their shoddy work. All they want is your money in their pocket - as fast as humanly possible. But, Custom Customs is refreshingly different... When I emailed a request for an estimate, they responded in less than an hour. When the date arrived, Garry (the estimator) called to confirm the address. Believe it or not, he actually showed up a little bit EARLY... Completely unheard of in the world of Vegas contractors! He truly was a great guy. Very personable and professional. After taking various measurements, he got what he needed. By early the next day, I had a very reasonable quote for the work to be done. There was a little bit of a lead time, but it just wasn't that big of deal. Good things come to those who wait... Once the fabrication process was about to start, I received a text message telling me so. This was just to let me know and to confirm that what they had was to my satisfaction. When the installation day arrived, I received a call letting me know they were on their way. They arrived on time and were ready to go. Garry came with the installation guys, Marken and Mando, just to make sure everything got started without a hitch. Both guys were very knowledgeable and worked very hard to ensure a proper install would be the end result... Which it certainly was. I couldn't be more satisfied with their outstanding work. From the estimate to the finished product, they exceeded my expectations. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for quality, custom fabrication and installation.
