Love my side gate! I was referred another company from my pool company but they were crazy high priced so I decided to look around. So happy I found Tiarra Iron. He was quick to schedule, friendly, had all the same gate styles & more as the other company except his pricing was way more fair. I paid $8,000 half of the money to Tierra fence. i told them HOA rules that the screen should be facing my yard. They installed the screen the opposite side facing my neighbors yards. Also they left 2 inches gap 8n each panel because the screen was shorter. They said they will repair it, they added 2 inches cut crooked screen 8n that space He started to scream to get his rest of money. i took him to the HOA manager and let the manager know him that the screen should face inside my backyard. He came back and started screaming and telling his two big guys to take 9ff the gates, damage the fence. As you can see the pictures. I had to call 911 and police. I had to get the fence removed and start all over again. i am taking them to court. I will never ask anyone to TRUST them. They were not professional otherwise they will never put the screen on the wrong side. My neighbors used this company and recommended them for security bars and courtyard gates. We saw that they have had theirs for 7 yrs and the quality is still very solid despite the harsh elements of Las Vegas (the scorching sun and heat!). Daniel scheduled time with me to discuss our needs. He is both nice and professional. Worked with us on the design and pricing upfront. He communicates and responds effectively. He is always on time for appointments, communicates statuses along the way and double checked on the details to confirm with us since we had a couple of requests to meet our preferences. We stopped by their shop and saw their operations. His brother handles the custom grille section while Daniel oversees all security gates and windows. Daniel let us know in advance when they are done and will come to install. On the day of the installation, Daniel oversees the work of his men. Making sure everything is up to his standards, and his standards are top notch and we have been very impressed with how he handles things. He worked along his crew and once done, they all cleaned up after themselves, did a final walkthrough and touch ups. They installed a courtyard gate and 10 windows and it took them about 3 hours since they worked very efficiently. The final products came out very nicely: craftmanship of the welding is superb, the powder coated paint is beautiful, and they installed it with care. Daniel came out to estimate the gate over the weekend, came on time and was friendly. The price he provided was probably better than the other 3 I got because his gates were powder coated, the other one in line with his price was painted and Daniel pointed that out. The gate was done a week earlier that anticipated and Daniel called me right away to see if they could install asap, I couldn't make the time so he went according to my schedule and preferred I be there so I can see the results before they leave. He said it was the first time making an irregular gate but was willing to get it done. The small piece in the right was a bit short but they will be back in a week to make it right. I have had thefts in the past from my property from former acquaintances, so I need extra security. Daniel was a little too narrow-minded and not accommodating enough to my needs. His service occurred simultaneously to problems with both of my vans. As a gentleman in a wheelchair, I have to juggle a little more than other people. The mechanic was also working on my driveway simultaneously and I had other priorities that wouldn't wait. I communicated fast enough with the first two gates. He didn't wait for an approval for the third gate. I answered him in just three days that I didn't want the gate that he suggested. But he insisted it was too late for that. The gate is lopsided and too see-through for my needs. It was supposed to be a gate to hide valuables behind. His worker also left a mess behind him. Very inconsiderate. But he insists it was my fault for not answering him sooner. He promised to fix it in ten days but all three gates were installed in three days.i don't care if it had taken me a month to get back with him; he should not have proceeded installing that third gate until he got my approval.
