Spent a good 30 minutes, measuring and remeasuring all the windows, since we are in a mobile home the windows are different sizes. When they are ready to leave and had selected our Blinds, they went over everything again and gave us a date for delivery. The date was prompt, the blinds came in and installed. The Installer, Gerard was in constant communication regarding the date to install the blinds. Texted us like he said 15 minutes before he arrived. He was very neat, installed every blind in the house and went over the instructions on how to use our blinds. While the product itself has been good, my experience with the customer service has been more mixed. I personally did not find Megan to be particularly warm or consistently responsive, and communication at times felt more limited than I would have preferred. I do want to recognize Lyn in the office, who has been much more responsive and helpful whenever I've reached out. I've really appreciated her follow-through and communication. Based on my experience, I would continue to consider Budget Blinds for the product itself, but if warmth, responsiveness, and a strong sense of customer connection are important to you, I would also consider speaking with another Budget Blinds location or provider.
