The installation was scheduled for 2pm but Cesar texted me that he's running early and would be here at 12pm. He took measurements to install the inner frame and hanging rails. They cut the wood and metal outside on the walkway. After hanging the doors, there was a lot of leveling to do that followed by touch up on all the nail marks and gaps in the wall frame. They did an amazing job with the installation and bringing the materials in the living room without bumping into anything. They took about 2.5 hours to complete the installation. read more

Update to my review since I was asked to update it or remove it. New tracks were installed per manufacturers specs by CIP. Pre track install I installed and shimmed level hard wood boards so that when the installer came back out to install the new metal tracks there would be no issue with leveling or a need for them to shim as they use shims between the metal track and mdf board which does not leave the best looking end result. I appreciate CIP's attempt to make it right however my overall experience is still a 3 star (Ok) and not a five star (Great) experience. read more

The installers were also professional and helpful throughout the installation process. I had a wonderful experience hiring this company for shade installation. Tamara came out to our home and provided a wealth of knowledge on window covering options. She had a lot of samples to look thru. She also involved our 12 year old son in the process of selecting his shades, which was super sweet. 2 of our spaces came on in the lead time that was quoted but our son's had a lengthy delay from the vendor. Just worked with CIP to have sliding closet doors installed into two bedrooms. The closets are not standard sizes and needed custom made doors. I am very happy with the result. The doors look stunning, fit beautifully and glide so smoothly. The hardware provided is high quality as well and the installation was done perfectly. I had some concerns about the fact that the doors came unpainted but everything was explained in a lot of detail as to why and how I could work around that, and always came with "we learned this from a lot of experience" which I appreciated very much.
