I am very happy with Joanne and her husband with the fancy blinds they made for my son's room. I requested a 2 piece instead of 3 piece that they normally came and she got me what I wanted. The blinds did a great job of blocking the afternoon sun and the room stays cooler than the old blinds we used to have. But the best part of the going with Han's blinds was their commitment to keep their customers happy. We had the blinds installed during covid period and that was about 2 years ago. The other day, the screw that hold the assembly came loose from the dry wall. Since their blinds is not like the usual spring loaded assembly, I didn't want to destroy it by uninstalling it myself. I contacted Joanne on a Sunday evening and the next day they came and re-screw it for me and put another one just to ensure it doesn't come off again. And the best thing is - they didn't charge me anything. Now that is Great Customer Service. i would definitely use them again next time we do the blinds in our other rooms.
