Let me first start by saying Eric the owner was very responsive and very timely every time I had any questions. We asked that they wear masks and booties for their shoes. Not a problem!!! From the first day from measurements/estimate to installation took 7 weeks. These are custom you can't rush that. They are reasonably priced, but you have to remember shutters are a premium product so they are by no means cheap. We had a total of 12 windows done, and our sliding glass door. Eric and his assistant installer Efrain were very timely and cleaned up after themselves and took there trash with them. Unfortunately you do have dispose of your old window treatments yourself. Another company redone our kitchen this year and that company trashed all of the demolition and the packing from the new cabinets and appliances as well. I had a ton of windows done so I had to rent a dumpster to be able to dispose of them. That's my only complaint the service and shutters are very good quality and look beautiful. read more

I purchased shades from them and so far I've had two mishaps. One where the shade got stuck rolling up and made it wrinkle and the next time, the valance fell. Each time, they came and fixed the problem, so I have no complaints. The shade that got wrinkled was completely replaced with a new shade but it did take some time to order and replace. This is the first time I have ever had shades and these are controlled remotely to move up and down with a controller. This makes the shades very easy to operate. Since I have not had previous experience with shades, it's hard for me to say if the problems I've experienced are typical or not; but I am happy with the shades because the room they're in does not require a lot of privacy and even when down, they provide sufficient light. read more
