One didn't show up after 2 appointments where I took off work to meet them. One showed up and was extremely pushy and very high priced. Then Janice showed up. Janice is polite, was on time and very helpful in trying to match the existing shutters we had. She was very up front about the time frame for production and possible delays etc. She came in, measured, reviewed options, gave me the cost and let me know if I had any questions, she'd be available. When I called her back to place the order, they took our deposit and then I had a gentleman come out to take exact measurements. He too was on time and very respectful of my time. When the shutters were done, we got a call for the install. They showed up early to the install and were in and out in about 45 minutes for an install of 9 shutters. They did a great job and left no mess. Overall the shutters are an exact match to the ones we have. They look fabulous - they function perfectly and we are just thrilled with the look!
