This is where I will introduce you to "Noel" our representative at Mike & Sterling's. He was absolutely fantastic throughout the entire process. He was very educational, answered all of our questions, secured the best pricing on the product we chose, worked tirelessly with the "goofy" contractor we selected and was always maintained great communication with us throughout the remodel. I cannot say enough good things about this company and the way they have stood behind their product. I highly recommend them, and ask for Noel when you go in for your first visit.

Well, my front door was unlocked because other authorized workers were carrying supplies in. The representative from Mike & Sterlings , without permission, let himself in my house. No one--not even another worker--gave him permission. No one should enter someone's house without permission. He opened the door and asked another person what the address is. So that's what they do open a door and ask what the address is. The other workers did not stop him because it's not their job, but told me someone was in my house. I yelled where are you, found him downstairs, having opened several doors and gone into my private storage with all my valuable. The guy was at my house to give me a bid to refinish my wood floors, and my wood floors are on the main floor where he entered, and where he took no measurements. I have had probably 100 workers meet me at my house over the years none crossed the line by illogically entering. I called the police and reported him, they came to my house interviewed the other workers and called the culprit. Here I am posting a picture of the guy who entered my home and his car. If you for some reason decide to work with these guys stay away from him. He did not appear to have stolen anything, but you dont find out this stuff till much later when you go through your belongings. I could never do business with a company like this and hope you don't. I currently do not know if anything is missing.

The front of the store seemed like they were renovating a bit or moving displays around. They have a small area there in between the restrooms that is a single dog washing station! They seem to have a nice selection of different products, and had I not been in a rush, I would have loved to look around more.

I even called the business afterwards to give the guy my phone number so I could show him how "uncoordinated" he really was... Needless to say either the message wasn't relayed or he still didn't want to know lol. Anyway, sucks to have this impact the companies reviews but they really should screen better.
