really disappointed at how the manager of this location handled a customer care situation…read more i purchased a grill 6/29 from ace. rather than assisting me with replacing a single defective part (to which the manager confirms they sell) they wanted me to bring an entire grill back to the store for a return, all because the item number of the part would be different than the grill's item number. this manager is so concerned about a set of corporate rules about return item skus that all logic escapes them. even deciding not to help me with a situation that could saved they company from a $1700 return by helping a customer with a $30 part. I'd expect as much from a walmart but not a brand centered around diy fixes. the hardware folks were anything but helpful, maybe this location should try another slogan.
