Thank you for being flexible and coming on a Saturday to drill a hole in my granite island for my Reverse Osmosis water system, and for a reasonable price. We loved how friendly and helpful Victor was. He gave us great tips and ideas while he was at the house, and I loved that he knew his limits. For example, he is obviously comfortable with granite work, or he would not have proceeded with the work once he saw the job requested. Then he told us he installed his own R.O. water system, and so we asked him how much he would charge to install ours for us. He said that while he COULD do it, he is not officially licensed or insured for it, so he did not want to take this risk. However, he was happy to give us pointers for our own DIY installation. I sent out multiple requests for quotes Wednesday night from work for a quartz countertop for our bathroom vanity. I exchanged several messages back and forth with Gina that night and the next morning to establish what it was we were looking for. By Friday afternoon the job was completed in its entirety. The material, the cuts, the pricing... all of it was impressive. This is how a business should be operated. It was super fast although it was a small job. I'm sure you can't expect that with larger projects but the fact that they were so accommodating shows that they are interested in customer service and making a living for their family. I read 2 bad reviews for them. It's clear that the company never had malicious intentions and the people posting them are unreasonable. It's hard to please everyone. But it's very apparent that they really want to do a good job and make a name for themselves. So we plan to contract their expertise for all new kitchen countertops.
