This project involved 200 canvas tote bags. 200 Orange canvas tote bags. 200 high quality, reasonably priced, orange, canvas tote bags. Does that sound at all like too much? Acme Prints handled it with as much ease as I would've while printing a word document with my home printer. That actually can be tricky sometimes, so bad analogy. Nevertheless, Acme Prints, specially Vida, made this job a complete breeze, and when faced with large projects there shouldn't be a thought to go anywhere else. Oh, and did I mention the price was unbeatable and the the production turnaround time was about 8 days? Yeah...I can't wait to work with them again either.

His father started it more than 40 years ago with a passion and Michael is carrying on the family tradition of great service, a friendly demeanor, and outstanding work! I had called a number of places to get quotes on some embroidery work and was told more than a few times that they had quite substantial minimum piece orders. As a small business start-up, I am not quite ready to order umpteen million items. Michael was very understanding of this plight and invited me to stop by with my designs that he may take a look. I was pleased at the level of service, the suggestions he offered, and he showed me more than a few samples of their superior work, which is phenomenal! In an age of cold, nondescript big box stores that don't employ our neighbors, but rely on cheap foreign labor, I couldn't coax you any more to reach out to Michael, bring your ideas, and give these fellas a go; you will not be disappointed!

As with all clothing purchased my wife washed them. the screen printping on both shirts came off, leaving me 2 $54.05 tee shirts. One of our children's teachers was asking about screenprinting shirts and if anybody knew how, so that her class could be readily identified as when in a group setting the masks were still being worn. Time was also a factor as the field day was the next week. I called a couple of places beforehand, and upon hearing of the simplistic design and the small (24 shirts) quantity, we would hear about how they were backed up or they were too busy. When i called Nancy Perry Productions/ Arizona Screen Print and Embroidery, they listened closely to our plight and were able to set up the entire order perfectly!! Nancy and Michelle, along with the entire staff, are friendly and caring individuals who are complete professionals in their craft. They kept me informed of the process, and the instant the shirts came out of the drying process we were able to pick them up. I hadn't heard anything so yesterday I called to find out the status of my order. The lady who answered the phone the first time I called (yes first time which means that I called a second time several hours later and then a third time at 4:30 pm) told me she didn't have time to check on the order. Now I've been in the store a few times and there is NEVER anyone in the store so how are you so busy that you could not walk over to where pending orders are and let me know if they were started or done? She told me she'd check and call me back. Four hours later with no call back so I called again to see if there was an update - this time same lady was rude and informed me that they don't do small orders and that they were doing this as a favor to me (passive aggressive statement) no you're not doing me a favor as if I had been told that this order was to small I would have looked for another company (by the way which I did and turn around time is 24-36 hours NOT 14 business days. She told me again she'd check and call me back. No call back so at 4:30 I called again and no one answered the phone. I sent a customer request in and was told that they have been busy and that they could get my order done by Friday. Needless to say I took my business elsewhere, already wrote a glowing review for the new company and will NEVER use this company again and will tell anyone looking for embroidery NOT to use this company and will give them a referral to the company that I went to.
