Literally I knew I was in trouble when the doctor wasn't placing the hair grafts and it was being done by a new assistant who was being admonished by another assistant while working on me. One assistant was saying "No don't do it that way!" to her. Needless to say after a few months and my hair finally growing in on the "newbies side" resulted in a severe "cow lick" that has had to be repaired somewhat by another surgeon and is still not corrected. I would never use Bosely again or recommend them as far as having untrained assistants placing the hair grafts using the customer as a an experiment! I'm a healthcare provider and this was malpractice!

This was the first place that I went to to get my hair replaced in 2019. At first I was taken care of by Mary she made me look like an Elvis Presley wanna be. The went to see Pura and it was ok for a short then mistakes started to happen. I lived my life in the bathroom mirror fixing her error finally left and went to a different salon and it was night and day great service and I looked amazing. After that I moved to Florida and found a great stylist. I ended moving back to Atlanta and there are very little people doing this and I heard she had hired more people so I went back one week later the employee quit. Pura can't keep employees. I can tell by her character that she micro manages so people won't stay. So I ended up going back to pura well guess what the first couple of service appointments great then after that holy crap mistakes every time she would put the hair to high or not centered and God forbid you called and asked For a reset she would get insulted I was having to go home take off the systems and re do it I kept giving her chances and today was the final straw. I had a cut in which I never let her do. So I tried. Guess what the system too high the hair haircut was awful I had to pay a barber to fix it. Called her on it and she refused to fix it so I asked for a refund and of course got defensive. Guys stay away. She left glue all over my forehead. She's and older lady with no creativity. In this industry you have to have wiggle room for mistakes they may not happen all the time but they do and she's very much my way or the highway tyoe if person. I feel bad for Mary if I were her I'd run. All my buds stopped going to her because she's awful. Don't waste your money. Better to pay more and get good service than to pay less and crap.
