Two types a 3 wheel and a four wheel. On day two of rental one broke down about 15 minutes away from hotel in the park. It was the 3 wheel cart. No one at AAA Home Medical answered the phone and we had to transport the scooter on our own. Thank u Uber X for saving the day. When we did talk to Mike Wilson he was rude and blamed us for the breakdown. All I know is the scooter broke down and the company will not give a refund. This is bad customer care. My 87 year old parents are very upset.

Got that done and was told to wait to hear from them. Went in today to try to follow up as I've heard nothing and they couldn't find any record of me ordering supplies. They will tell you there is not charge for equipment, that Medicare will cover all of it, but then…read morethey will send you a bill and say its the amount insurance didn't pay. They also don't pro-rate the time you have the equipment. If you get it in the middle of one month, use it for two months, call for pickup in the middle of another month they charge you the full amount for the first and last month.
