I have worked with this company for over two years. During that time, they assured me they would maintain sufficient stock to support our project. Now that we are at the final stage and need to complete the work, they have failed to follow through on those commitments. For the past 60 days, I have made multiple attempts to resolve this, but I have received no meaningful response. Calls go unanswered, and there has been no effort to complete what was promised. Bill, their employee, repeatedly says he will call back but never does, offering excuse after excuse. At this point, the lack of communication and failure to deliver has delayed the completion of our project and created unnecessary frustration. In addition, the materials provided did not perform as represented. We were advised that the marble pavers supplied would be suitable for vehicle traffic. However, after installation, the pavers cracked when driven on, resulting in significant damage and the need to replace a large portion--if not the entirety--of the project. Based on my experience, I strongly advise others to proceed with caution when considering this company. Due to the circumstances, we are pursuing legal action to recover a full refund and the costs associated with replacing the project.

When I got to the store, I had to wait 20+ minutes because the updated estimate that the sales person sent me earlier was not showing up on their system. The sales person was not available.
