On time and very professional. He was very meticulous and was ready to answer any questions I had. There was this gap in my floor near the wall that has been bothering me for 3 years on how to fix. He came right in and in 5 minutes knew what needed to be done and fixed it. He cleaned up his carpet trimmings as he went along and even vacuumed afterwards. Which was disappointing because I wanted to do the first vacuuming. Lol. It was very rainy and muddy out and he was very careful not to track any into my house. The sales people (Skip & Kathy) were amazing also.
