Without going into detail, he became angry when I had questions, and hung up on me. (I was not angry-ironically was preparing to tell him a friend had recommended him and schedule.) I called back and left a message that I found his behavior unprofessional and I was leaving a bad review. (I wasn't out to blindside him online-not trying to tank his business- but I wanted him to know this was REALLY not okay. I guess I hoped it wouldn't happen to someone else.) I should have known better. I received three texts personally insulting me, my contractor, etc. etc. from him. Clearly not a good fit and will not be working together so I almost didn't do a review. I can't review the work quality. But I thought a heads up may be appropriate in case this happens again. Sometimes it is hard to find a good fit. Hopefully it was just him having a bad day but...I think it is weird that I have to block someone with whom I had a pretty short phone call. (Technically two short calls. We started researching refinishing companies, deciding on All America Fine Finishes. When Ken and his assistant worked their magic on our tub, it was PERFECT! The tub looked brand new! It GLEAMED! It has been over 4 years since the work was done and the tub still gleams. I thought that very thing when I was giving the tub its cleaning the other day, thinking then, I should write this review. AND, another thought to add...Ken is a caulking magician!! I would love to learn how to lay down a line of caulking as seamless and smooth as this man can do!! AWESOME!

Now Lance says he's broke and he's not gonna pay his bill even though the homeowner paid him in full for the roof. Lance does not return our calls emails or text messages. He is a crook stay as far away from him as you can.

After many emails, texts, and voice mails, they promised it would be done "by the end of the year." After missing that date, I requested a refund. They have not returned any calls, emails or texts since December 1st, 2023. I have filed a theft and fraud report with both the local Mission police and the Johnson County district attorney's office. I doubt I'll get my money back, but I'm hoping to prevent anyone else being scammed by this company.

We were very disappointed in the overall job we received from Jericho…read more Started out with a very high pressure salesman "sign right now or price will go up tomorrow" which my wife and I really didn't think was a sign of a top notch company. Jericho was running several commercials at the time, one was get $5,000.00 off your remodel. we didn't qualify for that because we were getting only new counter tops, sink, and back splash not a complete Kitchen. They were also running a 5% off your remodel at the same time. We were told that we received a 7% discount the night we signed the papers even thou the salesman said we received that 7% because we paid cash and because of the fact we signed the contract the first night, that our price wouldn't be available the next day. Then we had problems getting the template person out to measure because the paperwork got put on the wrong desk. The job was done in good time, but we only saw the foreman the day the job started and the day it finished. We had some issues with chips in the granite and some tile work that wasn't real good. They told us the man would be out to repair the Granite and he didn't show, well he was on vacation that week is what we were told. the next week he still didn't show and we were told oh he wasn't on vacation last week he is on vacation this week? He finally did make it the next week, and did a good job repairing the granite. I told him how unhappy we were and we felt we got a Box Store Job for a Jericho price! we didn't have this great feeling we expected because we used a "Top Notch Company, not your typical box store. Well I relayed that unhappiness via the repair guy 4 days ago and have heard nothing from them. I also filled out an online survey about 2 weeks ago that they sent me and I didn't give them very good ratings and Ive heard nothing about it as well. Very disappointed, I will check with one of the local box stores in the future and save myself several thousand dollars. I realized we were paying a premium for picking Jericho to do the job, but again if you listen to the commercials the owner says we only hire expert craftsman and "close enough is not good enough" But like the discounts on the commercials, that was just talk!
