They have a wide variety of used items as well as several very fine lines for which they are certified dealers. They run the audiophile gamut in terms of price. As an example, they have the basic Project Debut all the way up to a Clearaudio Reference Master. I was pleased with the candor of their advice. For example, they urged me not to replace certain items because what I have is already plenty good. Many stores would have tried to sell more stuff rather the help the customer get it right and save money. Three separate times they gave me advice or a solution that involved no money changing hands. They also listen. How a person hears is like a fingerprint. We're all different. I told them the type of sound I enjoy and they tailored systems extremely accurately to my preference - and told me several times that I would not like certain expensive items so not to bother. Bottom line: it was about the customer sharing their joy in listening, not about moving boxes. Be prepared to spend some time if you visit. Between the beauty of their inventory, the joy of listening to beautifully reproduced music, and the infectious enthusiasm of the staff, time tends to fly. Brought my iPhone 12 Pro Max in for a back glass repair. It cracked almost immediately after I put…read moremy case on, and they blamed me instead of their workmanship. When I removed the broken glass myself, it came off in one piece with zero adhesive and debris in the corners -- clearly the cause of the crack, not misuse. I brought it back and asked for a proper reseal (color didn't matter to me). They installed an aftermarket glass that looked fine and held up with my case. Later the phone got rained on. Because the back glass was never properly resealed to IP68 standard, water got inside and the phone is now stuck in recovery mode -- almost certainly a fried motherboard from that leak. The Herndon manager refused to warranty it, calling it "water damage" and ignoring that their failed repair is what let the water in. I then took it to the Myrtle Beach location to try drying it out -- they cracked my screen and said Herndon would coordinate a replacement. That never happened either. Two locations, two failed repairs, zero resolution.

Hence why they most likely left it LOL but given it was free and only a 2021 model, we figured it would be worth a shot to try to get it repaired. After spending some time trying to troubleshoot on our own we decided to look for TV repair companies. We were hesitant and were pretty close to trashing it because it is a huge TV and weren't aware at the time if someone would come to the home for diagnosis and repair. We searched on Yelp and chose this company based on their reviews. We were not let down and our TV is working now. My experience with Alex was excellent. He was responsive throughout. Before he even scheduled to come through he asked me to do a hard reset to hopefully resolve the issue and save us having to pay him to come diagnose it in person. Unfortunately, our TV does not have a hard reset button (some Android TVs don't have this button). He was flexible with our scheduling for both diagnosis and repair. Once it was diagnosed he ordered the parts. He just received the parts and repaired the TV today! Highly recommend Alex and his company, and hope others will consider his services in the future. Not sure why there are 2 bad reviews for this company BUT one thing I noticed for both of those reviews is that both of them come from people that are located in San Francisco and both only have one review (this company). Not saying they are fake but it is kinda sus that the only 2 bad reviews he has on here are from out of state, literally across the country, and same city locations. I also noticed that there are 8 reviews for this company (ALL of them raving reviews recommending this company) that are not included or taken into account for use to see.
