My most recent visit was especially great: I brought my sons's car in, and LTP was able to help him obtain an E-check waiver. LTP noticed that the Left Rear Control Arm was failing. When Rich called to inform me, I chose to put it off. After I paid for the services performed, Rich informed me that "the Control Arm was still under warranty," and they replaced it free of charge, as it was a safety issue. They told me stories of Brian's customer service, not something you always associate with an auto mechanic. They believed he was fair and honest. I couldn't agree more. I thought my car needed brakes. Brian called me and said I didn't, that I had a good 10-15k miles left on them. He rotated the tires and gave it an oil change.
