#1 Took my Tractor in for a brake job and the so called mechanic put front brakes on my back…read moredrives...... #2 Consequently my brakes started making noise and the truck started having braking issues....#3 I had to take my tractor to a dealership to get the faulty brakes replaced and also the drums because the improper brake shoes wore a uneven pattern in them....#4 I submitted the dealerships diagnostic report of the damage caused by the BossShops Incompetent mechanic along with several photos and never from them no courtesy call or email.....#5 After waiting several weeks I called them back to find out why I wasn't contacted back.....Finally the Manager Richard said "It's impossible to put the wrong brake pads on a truck"....I told him "Your wrong because that is exactly what happened due to the Inconvenience of your so called mechanic"..... He the told me that they would not reimburse me for the damages.... I let him know that word of mouth is everything in business and there are avenues to take such a the BBB, YELP, You Tube and others to let others know how they treat their customers.......They lost a Customer in me and maybe several others I hope it was worth screwing over your good paying customer jack ass!!!!

My husband and I were on a cross country trip in or 1973 camper with our dogs and they were kind enough to let us plug in to their shop and let me wait inside with our 2 little dogs in the ac during the day out of the heat while they worked on our camper. When we left Jason gave me a watermelon and some fresh veggies from his garden because I had been telling him that I loved stopping at farmers markets along the way! So nice!
