We bought a 2 year old Class A. They got this in on trade. 2022 FR3 DS 30. We loved it. Traded our 2014 Itasca class C on it. We loved our C but wanted head room and storage. We did the trade all as planned. Sales good and Finance was good. Have to watch what your getting. Nick talked us into getting an extended warranty. I did my research and had Good sam on Class C. They replaced AC and Generator. Very good service. So my wife and I wanted one. We sell ted for a 8 year 80k warranty. It was power train and all the coach. ( 0 ) deductible. WOW ! Ok we get Class A home, and the bedroom slide out gets out of wack 4" off on one side. It ripped the molding and got into the trim on the wall. I called service and they said get it to us asap. Upon arrival they took pictures and said it would go in shop next day. True to their word it did. I have heard horror stories of people buying and missing a whole season of camping. Not the case. They got it done in 3 days. Heather was great on getting us in and kept contact on progress. Went in, and they said here is the keys. No paper work nor any payments. My wife inspected unit, and she said it was good to go. So I had great experience with the sale of and fixing the unit. They do break and getting an extended warranty is worth it. Nothing to brag about. Their instore prices are exceptionally high, well over typical MSRP. They certainly take advantage of convenience. Service department was OK. I dropped my camper off outside their gate after hours, then heard nothing for a week. Eventually I called just to make sure it wasn't stolen. Left a message, no return call. Called again, they said "not sure we have it but if we do I'm sure it is behind our gate". I ended up driving back up there to check that they had my RV. Rather annoying. No really issues with the sales departments. Pretty friendly. Overall, staff is friendly in most departments, but clearly don't have the best procedures that put the guests top of mind, which is rather annoying when paying above market prices on service and parts. read more

Our RV needed warranty work, and our California dealer had failed at being competent. Jayco pointed us to Cunningham, as they have a reputation of being knowledgeable, experienced, helpful and in the path of our journey. From our first contact with Justin in the service department and Luke in the parts department we knew we were going to be taken care of. Knowing our trouble with the California dealer/service department, Larry Cunningham agreed to order the parts we were going to need for the warranty work, and have them ready to install when we arrived. When we arrived for our appointment, we were greeted warmly by Larry (Owner), Luke (parts) and Erika (warranty) and everything was in stock. Our rig was hooked to power, so we did not need to off load the refrigerator and freezer, and the rig was finished the same day as promised. So I went to pick it up and even though I wasn't getting anything fixed the service tech took the time to show me photos of the damage and offered suggestions on getting through the season. Their Moto is: we'll fix everything before you leave, which is a very false statement. After pulling off lot. The front end/tires made a horrible noise. Needs Shocks. They refused to fix. Radio wouldn't work, bathroom floor rotted out, toilet loose, battery won't charge off the engine. They go dead driving down the road. While driving down road Microwave fell apart. Flush hose would not stay connected keep falling off while driving down the road. read more

Beyond disappointed with this business. When their own staff tells you that you were sold something from them that was garbage (in other words "screwed") and for that reason they no longer carry the brand you have to listen. Purchased a Toy Hauler in March, the bolted hooks that you secure the "toy" to inside of the hauler ripped out of the floor and damaged the inside of the trailer. Took the trailer in to have repaired and they had for 3 months and were still "waiting" on parts. Finally went and picked up the trailer without it being completed. No one with any "seniority" offered up any solution or apologized for our displeasure with their company. I am disappointed because in the beginning they were so nice and tentative and now they could care less about our safety and what they sold us. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS ESTABLISHMENT!!!! RESPONSE TO OWNER: Please talk to your sales and service people. We tried to rectify this situation with no luck. We tried for the 3 months that you had our trailer and was supposedly "waiting on parts". Such a joke. been in alot of dealerships and by far the most unhelpful, non energetic and lazy sales staff I have ever seen. Went in on Saturday walked in the front door 3 poeple just looked at us and didnt even speak. Walked to the back to what looked like the sales area and there were 2 salesman sitting at a desk shooting the breeze and same thing they just looked at us and didnt even speak or offer any help. Stood there for 5 minutes waiting on someone to help us and nothing. Told my wife and son that was enough and headed out on the way out there was a guy sitting at the desk and my wife looked at him and asked if anyone worked there and he said oh yes what do you need. She told him what we were looking for and he pointed outside and said "yeah they are out there you can go look....WTH? Ernest is our salesman and he is awesome He listened to our wants and needs and helped us find the perfect camper for our adventure. We picked up our camper today and went through the demonstration with Josh. Wow talk about knowledgeable and answered all our questions. He was not in a hurry. Made us feel like we had all day. If I could give this place 10 stars I would! We had just purchased a Greyhawk from a dealer in CT and they did not do the prep they should have, nor did they take the time explain things to us when we took delivery (we are first time RV owners). We had issues on the road and Cunninghams was the closest dealer to our location. They were able to get us in and not only took the time to get us set up so we could get on with our trip, they helped with the things the other dealer didn't tell us. I almost wanna move to Indiana just to be close to this dealer to do our service going forward. I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone! Buyers beware!! They are great when they are selling you a camper/travel trailer, but once the sale is complete you no longer matter as a customer. Had a 2021 travel trailer built and not even a year later had a recall on the propane regulator. Sent Larry Cunningham an email and I did receive a response that he would check into it but nothing after that. Two weeks later I called to see if anything was done and again nothing was looked into. The gentleman I spoke with then did order the part needed, however 2 months later and still nothing. Called and spoke with Justin in service to see if he could give me some type of an eta on when I could expect the part as I have a vacation planned for the first of February and he just wanted to laugh like it was no big deal and told me since I had a new travel trailer I was the last on the list and could not tell me when and laughed again.
