It's literally parked in the same spot from when I got there at 8am. I inquire about the time frame & was told I have to wait for the only mechanic they have to try to put my front plate bc no one else can do it. The only mechanic they have for this hard task finally shows up. He tells me he can only put my plate with zip ties bc they don't have the parts. They have to order the parts from dealer. The guy from the previous day's call tells me he didn't know I wanted my plate up with brackets & they can put my plate with zip ties. The rage that exploded within me. I will never give those people my business after this ordeal & while having my special needs child with me. Completely unprofessional to make a person wait that long for a mechanic to zip tie a license plate.
