When she blow dried it and curled my hair - it looked awesome. Then i washed my hair and saw all the flaws. Ive never had a mullet before but it resembled a mullet. Long tail, choppy, un-evened layers. Took a while for my hair to be back to normal. Then i saw a friend who also randomly got a new haircut...i was surprised because she always had her hair perfect.. My hair is one inch past my shoulders, if you want to charge me extra because it's "so long and thick" that's no problem but you should definitely inform your client before the service that you are charging them so much extra. Any other salon I've been to has always offered purple shampoo when washing a blonde, I didn't want to change my tone, I understand what a toner does,I have always been offered purple shampoo when having my hair washed professionally.
