This review is a little late, but absolutely worth sharing. My husband and I were gifted a couple's massage by friends, and this was our first time visiting this establishment. From the moment we arrived, the staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. We initially misunderstood and thought appointments weren't necessary. Once it was explained to us, we scheduled a session for later that day and returned about three hours afterward. We waited briefly, about six minutes, in the seating area before being escorted upstairs. Our massages were one hour and included full body and hot stones. The ladies who worked with us were professional, kind, and attentive. They focused on pressure points without being invasive, and both my husband and I felt completely relaxed and cared for. We already knew we would return. As we were leaving and getting into our car, one of the staff members came outside to let us know that our package also included a facial, which we hadn't received. We hadn't even realized it was missing. She told us she would provide another gift certificate so we could come back for the facials. That level of honesty and integrity goes a very long way with us. My partner got us a couples massage package for Christmas - just went for our experience on a Saturday afternoon in December. The building is a nice, refurbished, Victorian style home that feels classy, clean and spacious. The masseurs were excellent - we had 30 minute full body massages and a full hour of a scalp treatment each. This was spa package F. Massage pressure was excellent, and the scalp treatment left me in a comfortable, welcome daze. I'll be back early in the new year for more, and highly recommend to friends and family. read more

I booked a foot reflexology and hot stone massage. I have issues with my lower back so I can not tolerate deep prodding and manipulation of this area so hot stone is very therapeutic for me. This was the first time I needed to pay before I had the massage, but did so anyway. The reflexology was great but the massage was not what I asked for despite stating that twice. They were Very professional on the phone, the spa was Easy to find, Parking was no issue, and I was taken right away. I received a facial, massage & spa pedicure; from two different girls (forgot their names, but both very lovely). The massage was amazing, I told her exactly what I wanted and she provided exactly that. The facial was very different from what I've had before, As far as products ( im use to murad, etc.). They used wonderful Asian products, that left my face feeling glowy & refreshed and the facial massage put me to sleep! Pedicure was like any other spa pedicure, except they took their time. I didn't feel rushed and the massage & attention to detail is why I will be returning. I had a great experience, it was a full day of pampering for less than $200!! ( grand opening discounts take advantage) lovely staff, loved the ambiance and coziness of the building, which is an old Victorian which they did a great job updating! First time out in a while. Mother's Day gift to me was to get pampered and this place was great. My nails came out beautiful. All the ladies working here are sweet and made me feel very welcome. I had a manicure and and a whole body massage. She talked me out of tips that I didn't really want and gave me a great manicure. The massage was amazing. I was so calm I almost fell asleep. I visited this spa last night with my mom, we got facials and massages. The massages were amazing. However, the woman I had originally (who was great) was changed at the time of my facial. The new woman clearly DID NOT know what she was doing AT ALL. Terrible experience with her, she did know how to do the scalp massage or hand massage that I have gotten from other estheticians here. She spent most of the time wiping my face in a very clumsy way. I am sad I can not give them a full 5 star review because this was my second time visiting and I can tell most of the employees are professional and very well trained. I was ready to give them 5 stars after my first and after the massage I got last night. It is very upsetting though to have such inconsistent service. So my advise to you is, ask for someone with experience and make sure you are not getting a person who is not trained. read more

We booked 5 massages for my sisters 60th birthday. Some were traveling over 2 hours to be together. i spoke with the owner 2 weeks ago and booked 5 massages at 11am. I was told to call a few days before to confirm. I tried calling the number on the website for 2 days and no one answered. I finally got someone to answer my Facebook message and she couldn't confirm my appointment but gave me the owners phone number. When I called the owner, said she couldn't accommodate us! No apology. No remorse for ruining our spa day. Nothing! The one and only reason they get 1 star is because the girl that responded to the FB message couldn't apologize enough. Do not be fooled by their lies. I will NEVER go here or recommend this place. So sad they don't know how to run a business. read more

I had high hopes for this place but left VERY disappointed. I booked a massage for the first appointment of the day and was received right away. As I walked to my space, they were cleaning, but it was a lot of cleaning going on (so not really a calm environment). I used the restroom and there was garbage overflowing and the toilet was dirty, but ok, they're cleaning up now. I laid down for my swedish massage medium-firm pressure, and the woman was just lightly pressing her fingers on me and using a cheap kind of lotion. I tried to tell her more firm pressure please but there was a language barrier and she didn't understand me at all. I tried demonstrating by pushing down and saying more please, she smiled said ok more and continued to do the same exact thing. I was extremely frustrated. I used the restroom once more on the way out an hour later and it was still in the same condition. I will never return. A complete disappointment. read more

I made an appt for a massage three weeks ago as I know with covid and being the holidays appts can be scarce. The woman that I spoke with on 12/10 1:23 pm for an appt on the 27th said that you can call a few days before to schedule, we usually don't do appts. I had to strong arm her into giving me an appt. I arrived 20 minutes prior to fill out any necessary paperwork/etc before my massage and the woman at the desk said that they do not have me in there system even though I could provide a date stamped phone call time and a google calendar appt. She then said the earliest that they could reschedule for 12/27 would be 2/230 pm originally I was going to do so but decided not to. The only reason this review received a three and not any lower was because of how accommodating they were to try and rectify the problem. read more
