I received a text to confirm my appointment 2 days prior and then a second text reminder text the day before. I read that if you don't cancel 24 hours in advance then they will charge you the full amount of the service. My appointment was with Illiana and all went well. She made me feel comfortable and it was almost painless. I would come back again. It's a few dollars less expensive if you pay with cash and I happened to have cash on me so I saved a few bucks.
