Yes, I'm loyal because I drive all the way down to Chino Hills from LA. I've gotten haircuts even after she left but wasn't all the way satisfied so I just make the drive to be fully happy with my hair cuts! There's a reason why I keep coming back to her all these years! Deborah and her other employee were really helpful and accommodating to what services and styles I was looking for. Had a great wash and dry session by her employee followed by cut and styling by Deborah who did long layers for my hair and curled it nicely. I was out in less than an hour! Quick and stylish. I brought some cute flower accessories for them to put in my hair since I wanted to look nice for a meeting and also later that day for a wedding the same day. I come to Deborah for a haircut only once a year, but she always nails EXACTLY what cut and style I show her from my inspo pics. She also works fast! I have long hair too and wanted to keep my length, but just add more layers and volume and she got the job done. The shampoo hair wash and scalp massage from her assistant, Lisa, which is done before the haircut is also super relaxing and such a nice touch to the services she provides. I was quite taken aback by my experience here because of all the raving reviews on Yelp. I went in for a trim and it started off nice with a hair wash. But then when it came to cutting my hair, the whole experience felt so rushed and a little rough. There were two other customers who came in as I was about to get my trim and because there only seemed to be one person cutting hair in the entire shop, I think she felt rushed. However, I would've been more understanding because I know hair salons can get super busy but I had called earlier to make an appointment in advance and they said that I could come in at 3. I ended up paying $45 for an 1-inch trim and honestly I did not feel good paying that much for my experience. Overall, I did end up liking my haircut but the entire experience and price did not leave a good impression. read more
