It's a little off the street and their orange circle signage is inconspicuous so easy to miss. There's plenty of parking out front, and some reserved spots with clever signs. The inside is clean and quiet, and there's lots more funny signage to gander at while you're waiting. They don't have a set receptionist but you can reserve barber appointments on their website, each one has their own schedule and different prices based on the type of cut you're after. Single length buzzes are around $25 and more intricate cuts are closer to $40, on average. Tish is an absolute gem and can't recommend her enough. She's patient, takes her time to give a precise cut, will do exactly what you ask for, but will also give honest suggestions if that's what you are looking for. They might be a little more expensive than a Floyd's but I always leave Rock Barbers satisfied.

I first started going to Lyndsie when she was at Rock Barbers. I had searched around the region for…read morea barber after my previous one went out of business during the COVID shutdowns, I finally came across Lyndsie and have gone back ever since. She is somehow able to translate my nonsensical description of what I'm looking for into exactly what I envisioned, and is able to style the cuts in such a way that they remain consistent (I have medium/longer hair style) for several months, which is appreciated as I may be away for three months at a time due to work. She also does many other barber services, like the neck shave with the razor, and does beard styling (I had a 2 foot long covid beard she transformed into a very respectable look for example). Easy to book an appointment on the website, and it gives helpful reminders if you are busy so you don't forget. TLDR: Lyndsie is the GOAT, if she moved her shop to Antarctica, I'd seriously consider saving up for a flight just to keep being a client!

I had an appointment scheduled for today at 5:30. I got the confirmation text this morning…read morereminding me it was today. I got here on time and the open sign was on, but it was totally dark inside and the door was locked. No one was here. Online they say they are open. I called and got no response. It has been 15 minutes and still no one has come out or turned on any lights so I am leaving. The least they could do is text and cancel my appointment. 4/19/2025 Our…read moreappointment was at 11:30am with Joe, Joe texts shortly before and asks to push the appointment back. We say sure how about early evening or Monday because we have lunch plans with family. He says it's ok let's keep our scheduled time of 11:30am. Joe arrives at 12pm. Although the appointment was with Joe - Joe handed his client to his brother!!! Haircut went until 1:30pm. Unfortunately my 12 year old son went without me otherwise we would have left long before 12pm. I think that Joe and his brother were unprofessional. They locked the salon's door (a small space inside of a larger salon rental hall) while giving a haircut to a 12 year old boy- I think that's weird. On top of that we think that the haircut is terrible and he added a line that was never requested - a photo was presented of the desired haircut. We think that it's incredibly disappointing because my son found Joe online and went to him a few weeks ago. We returned because of that experience. Bottom line - We think that Joe and his brother lack professionalism and are incredibly disrespectful.

If you're reading through the rest of the reviews about J's tendency to be late i wouldn't discount them but don't shy away from J because of it just pick a day with plenty of free time. My experience was In knocked on the door at my scheduled time to no answer and tried to find a phone number to contact, which i couldn't then a bit over an hour he reached out and was very polite. Got in 2 hours after my scheduled time and was given $10 off the haircut.
