My last visit to cut by Cinemark was for Father's Day. I will never be going back ever again. It took them over an hour to bring a soda. That's absolutely ridiculous. Not only that while watching the movie, the lights got flicked on then off and then on for about 10 minutes till I had to go and find an employee to tell them to tell their manager to turn the lights back off. worst movie experience I have ever had in my entire lifetime 10 out of 10 would never recommend. I came here with my husband to see the new Stray movie (the movie was awesome btw). I honesty don't see why there are such terrible reviews about this place and I can be a little snobby about my reviews. I thought the food was great especially for a movie theater, my husband got the chicken strips and cajun fries and I got the brisket nachos. Food and drinks came out during the previews which was perfect. As for the comments regarding the bathrooms I don't get it. They were just fine, not nasty at all. " DID YOU KNOW?"- Sending a shout-out to our server, Ana, who shared some great information with us that we hadn't received before! Learned that with the purchase of our medium-sized drink (their only size) there are free refills-imagine that! All this time we've been coming and no one has ever bothered to provide us this simple information. Didn't quite catch her name, but the other server who brought our food and drink, laughed with us about how we were going to "cook up something" because of all of our containers of salt and melted butter. Then she was sweet enough to bring us extra trays for our popcorn to "do our culinary work". Great service today, for a great movie! read more

Stopped over for a night out with my husband. We decided to eat before the movie but you can absolutely eat at your seat. We both had a drink and a burger. The ghost margarita was flavorful and they did not skip on the alcohol. My husbands jack and coke was good for the price. Had a nice amount of jack. The only downside was having to drink it rather quickly or the frozen coke melted and the drink separated. Burgers were better than I expected them to be. Good flavor and not overdone. Rosemary fries are an upgrade but worth it. I'm not usually a fry person but I ate all of these. Could have used a minute more in the fryer but didn't stop me. Once in the theater we both had another drink and I got the truffle popcorn. The popcorn is good, but the truffle was just too salty for my taste. Overall, it was a great experience and I recommend trying it out. read more

Yes it was very nice we went as a family. Reserved seating and tickets. The biggest disappointment was the popcorn. Which is why you really go to movies. STAY AWAY FROM THIS THEATER!! HORRIBLE SERVICE, RUDE EMPLOYEES AND MANAGEMENT!! I got two tickets for a movie and arrived during previews. We ordered our meals and I noticed the employee took down our order on a piece of paper instead of the usual tablet. The employee assisting us took my card with him which I also found odd because all the previous times I've been to this theater they swipe your card in front of you. The movie started and was about 30 minutes in when an employee placed my food and drink in the wrong seat and gave it to a complete stranger. Luckily, they were nice enough to pass it down after I mentioned that they were accidentally given my food. However, this was only half of my order... I rang for assistance bc I still HAD NOT received my credit card or the other half of my order. The employee proceeded to tell me that my card was "down there" because they are backed up. Proceed to OVER AN HOUR into the movie I had to ring for assistance AGAIN. I asked the employee to speak to a manager at this point but he was dismissive and the manager never came to check up. Shortly after I received my order, which also had to be passed down and was cold!!! Not only was our order mixed up but so was everyone else's in our row. THE ENTIRE ROW!! People at the end of the row received their food 20 min before the movie ended. The person next to us also never received their order they placed at the beginning of the movie. When she asked an employee to speak to a manager the employee proceeded to talk back and snap back at her!! I could've even watch the movie in peace because I was too worried about my order and credit card and all the people in our row was also extremely annoyed, multiple people asking for management. I used to come to this theater constantly but after this experience I would never return to this unprofessional establishment. read more

Theater is clean, the seats are spacious and have a heated seat option, and they have convenient self-service kiosks to redeem/buy your tickets (a plus for introverts like me). It'd be nice if the location of their restrooms was more convenient; I always seem to end up on the opposite side of where the restrooms are and have to walk the whole theater to get to them. read more

I do not recommend this place. The manager and staff are extremely rude. Service is horrible. It took me 40 minutes for me to receive a drink order. Drinks from the bar and not allowed to be taken back to the theater and if you try to take it back you will be screamed at. Go somewhere else. It's worth it to drive a little further. read more

If i can give this place zero stars, I would. This used to be my favorite theater to come to. This recent visit was my last visit coming here due to the unprofessional and unorganized employees AND management. First we provide the employee with a method of payment and did not receive my card back until the END of the movie. Second I did not get my food until over an hour into the movie. The lady next to me ordered a margarita and did not receive it until after I got my food. HOW ridiculous!!! The employee informed me that they actually ran out of the product I ordered so I would have to order an alternative. Who knows if they were going to inform me if i did not speak up. I could not even enjoy my food bc the food was so cold....you would think it would be hot since it took forever to actually get it. Third when I actually received my food, I had to get it from people sitting next to me. This incident happened multiple times throughout movie to other people in the theater. When requested a manager to speak these concerns too, no one wanted to show up. I would recommend better training the employees on how to be better at their job. We came here on 12/26/20 to see Wonder Woman. I love the seat warmers or coolers. We were helped right away after pushing our service button. My husband ordered a Jack and Coke and he said it was pretty strong. We shared a meat pizza and did not care for it at all. We also got a popcorn and it was fine. I would not order food again, just snacks. The pizza cheese had no taste and something else was off about it. The pizza was definitely big and needed to be shared. Walked in theater still dirty , they said no one had been in it and it was the first showing however I'm kicking stuff as I'm getting to my seat, chairs still had food on them cup holders still have drink residue. Employees look like they had better stuff to do, even my server sucked. We seen him once before the movie and then after to tell me my card declined, well sir the card declined because I'm not giving a stranger my card to a stranger, he told me he wasn't going to charge my card without my knowledge and as a test to see if he listened ,he did it anyway . I asked another server for simply 2 drinks, a sprite and a lemonade and I received 2 lemonades...how hard is that. Overall, I like the concept. You order your tickets online and scan a digital barcode once you arrive. You head into the theater and scan a qr code for the menu, press a button and a server arrives to take your order. This would be ideal for date nights and I have often thought that an in-theater service would be real cool. It worked out nice, especially tonight, a kid's movie with limited viewers. I do not feel this would be an ideal situation Post-COVID-19, where the theaters will be packed again. I feel I would be somewhat annoyed if someone was taking an order right next to me in the middle of a quality movie. Also, I did not like the fact that I could not simply purchase my popcorn from the lobby as per the norm in other theaters. Instead, I had to order it through their process with inevitability came with tipping the server for something I really didn't want or need in this case. Again, love the idea, just do not always need it and would like the option to grab stuff at the counter. The theater was beautiful, very clean, and the amenities were top-notch. My biggest concern is dirty restrooms. Due to its its unisex reatrooms with no male urinals, male urines are scathered throught the toilet seats and floors. Its okay being politically correct when it comes to restroom but mainatin your cleanliness Cut!!! read more

Food was meh, not great. Reclining seats were great, very comfortable. The restrooms were horrible. The "All Welcome" unisex, single user rooms are filthy. Paper trash was overflowing, urine covered the floor around the toilet. Why not put a male urinal in there which prevents that nastiness? The movie was great, but I will not return. read more

Took my ten year old to see sing 2. We went to a matinee and we're very impressed with the overall ambiance of the theater. Even if you were next to someone they seemed plenty far away while in your seats. The recliners were comfortable, service was fast, prices were reasonable. The theater was nice. Clean, hip, and the staff was eager to help. I could make this my go to theater. Knock of 2 stars for the food. Very underwhelming! No flavor, no seasoning, and VERY watered down drinks. I've had a better burger at a drive thru. Naturally, it is all about price. For a $20 burger, fries, and a coke damn right I expected a bit more. Simple season salt would have sufficed, but no, they don't have it. We will eat first next time! read more

The theater is nice, clean, and unlike so many others, it doesn't stink with air fresheners - which is so refreshing, I can't even express it properly. The service is also good, and it's close to our house, which is another bonus. I'd love to give it 5 stars... but I can't. They don't have a single thing on the menu that is gluten-friendly. Even the chicken salad had a marinade on the chicken that meant we couldn't order it. We have 6 in our family, and 4 of us can't eat gluten due to sensitivities. This includes two kids. Luckily it's not celiac, so we're not worried about cross-contamination, but nobody wants to go to the movies and give themselves a stomachache or need to run to the bathroom for an extended stay before the movie is even halfway through. These days, any restaurant not offering some gluten-friendly options is missing out on a huge customer base, and discriminating against those with special needs. I hope they'll update their menu soon. On a different note... they do have vegetarian if you need that. Update to add: we went to the theater with 7 people this time, and we had dinner before going. 6 people in our party ordered milk shakes for $6+ each. They took over 45 minutes to arrive, and we had to call to remind them and check on the order. When they did arrive, they were okay at best, and came in small plastic cups, already partially melted. Was there to watch a movie with my family and constantly had waiters walking passed in front of me throughout the movie! I will go to the other cinemark off 290 here in cypress! It's nice to be able to order but geez cut it off once the movie starts! The lady taking orders was talking so loud and laughing I couldn't hear the movie! We had the most terrible experience at this movie theater. Took my two girls to see the movie Lucky because it wasn't showing at the theater we normally go to. My youngest (4) had a toddler backpack with a water bottle and their blanket and a lovey. The attendant told us we couldn't bring in the water bottles so we had to go back to the car and put them away. On the way back in to the movies, they said we couldn't bring in the backpack. Seriously? I just went out to the car to put away the water bottles and they said nothing about the backpack. I offered for them to search it, I took the blankets and lovey out and asked them if I could leave the empty backpack at front until after movie and they refused. So ridiculous. I would have left but the girls REALLY wanted to see the movie. Next time, I will drive further to another theater. read more

We took our grandson to the 10:45am movie and settled in to the luxury seats. We ordered drinks and popcorn and enjoyed the movie. By the end of the movie our bladders needed to be emptied. We turn the corner to the restroom and the sign on the door reads "All Welcome". Across the hall a couple of women hesitate as well. There is no way in hell I will take my grandson into a restroom that doesn't say men. We leave and on my way out I ask a worker what gives with the restrooms and she just shrugs her shoulders. Great facility, great chairs, but the service was terrible and the food sucked for the price. Ask for Salt for your popcorn, they bring you two packages at a time, ask for extra napkins, 2 at a time. The layout is nice. The service was underwhelming. I'm not sure if it's because they were overwhelmed with Barbie or what but I was very disappointed. We ordered drinks before the movie started and we were halfway through the movie before we got our waters and they were brought out with no ice. I ordered popcorn, it came out a little before the waters, and it was cold and soggy. When they came back I asked if they had run out of ice and she said no and she'd bring me back some more water but never did. I tried the $9 apple crisp and only ate the ice cream. I went to this Cinemark Theater in Fairfield, Cypress Texas. I have several problems with this place. First, I can't believe they only had 4 community bathrooms for the entire left wing of the theater. The bathrooms were absolutely filthy and smelled like a men's locker room. I probably will NEVER go back just for that reason. Second, the waiters didn't show up until after the movie was already underway. Anyway, they walked up and down the isles constantly and were so noisy and disruptive it was almost impossible to totally watch the film. They were still walking and serving food at least an hour into the film. I have been to other dine-in movie theaters before, but never had I had such an experience like this. Maybe the manager needs to attend a sucessful dine in theater so he can get ideas on how to run the place. Sorry but I gave it a one star. read more

My first time going to the movies since the pandemic. I was thoroughly pleased with my experience. You can order food directly from your seats and a server will come to you. My server Andrew was very attentive and gave great suggestions on what to order on the menu. Me and my family order the crispy fried chicken sandwich which in my opinion is the best thing on the menu definitely recommend and will be seeing another movie here in my near future! read more
