Amazing place for kids to learn and play! The theme of this location is "The Farm," so there are plenty of animal-related activities and play areas that your kids can explore, as well as some other play areas that are a bit more traditional where they can draw, read and even make a pretty delicious ice cream cone (the huge kitchen and ice cream shop play area is my daughter's favorite!). The play area is very clean and the staff is very attentive, and even though there is a rule that no food or drinks can be brought into the play area, the kids don't seem to mind because there is so much to do. Play Street offers "open play" during the week where you can bring your kids and play without a reservation, but is closed for mostly parties and private events on the weekend. Overall I would HIGHLY recommend visiting Play Street for kids of all ages! read more

This place is a heaven-sent for parents (& kids)! The owner is fabulous and she truly cares about her business. Both of my girls LOVE coming here - ages 4 & 1. Because it's just one big room, you can see your kid the whole time, which means you get to just park your butt on one of the benches & chill while your kid uses their imagination. And it's totally safe - there's nothing for them to get hurt on/with, & they can't leave the place without you knowing! Thrilled to have this here in Cypress! read more

Visited today with my 4/6 year old and they loved it. Fun for both boys and girls probably until age 7 or so. You can tell the owner has gone out of their way to tastefully decorate the place with fun themes and activities. The area is very well maintained and cleaned throughout the day which is nice, since kids can be destructive and messy which makes it hard to play at other similar establishments. I really liked this place but the customer service today was more than disappointing. We've been here for the Halloween party nights, weekday play, birthday parties (including my own daughter's). I bought a five visit gift card for my daughter for Christmas the year before last. But because we had her birthday party here that year and attended other kids' parties here - and with them only being open on weekdays when the kids are in school - I didn't get to use all five visits before the "expiration date" on there. I didn't realize that when I prepaid for visits, there would be an expiration date to use them! I also had two passes I won in a silent auction from a charity event that did have an expiration date (just one month ago). I understand those being my loss (though it is frustrating considering the other gift cards that were part of that same package were still valid for all the neighboring businesses). My irritation is that they would not honor my prepaid visit either. At $13 a kid to play for essentially an hour, we will not be back. Sad because my kids really enjoy this place, but customer service is not what it used to be. read more

The venue is great but I was disappointed by the customer service. I came in with my 3 kids right at opening with my friends and their kids. After an hour and a half my two year old wanted a snack, then the lady who seemed in charge asked me to not go eat in the snack area because there was a waitlist. If I walked out, I would not be able to come back in because there were people waiting to come in. It felt like I was basically being pushed out because my toddler wanted a snack. They wanted us out and to be able to charge the new people. My other two kids did not want to leave yet but we had to because the third kid was crying for a snack. So hopefully you are able to work out a better snack station apart from the waiting room area. read more

I went here with my 3 year and one year old. They had a blast. The establishment checks temperatures and makes you hand sanitize before entering. Adults must wear masks. They did have other activities for additional costs such as making slime. The bathroom was clean and kid friendly. I would definitely return. read more

I'm so glad I found this place! My 2 little girls (1 and 3 year old) loved it here. We spent 2 hours here and could've stayed longer but it was closing time. My girls spent most of their time in the playhouse and the ice cream shop. I think this place is very stimulating for the kids and there's lots to play with. It's super clean and such a cute place! I loved that everything is within visible range so you can see where your kids are at at all times. Next time, I'm inviting my mommy friends so we can have some me time while the kids play! Oh and they even give you a free snack of your choice after you're done! A win! read more

I took my 3.5-year-old niece here for an auntie and me date. She LOVED it!! She was so engaged and it was fun to see her mind working as she figured out how the light board worked. She especially loved the house and the restaurant, and I loved that the ceilings in the playhouses were high enough that I could get in there with her. After 2.5 hours I tried to ease her into the idea of leaving and got an adamant "NO!" even when I offered ice cream and the toy store. You know they're happy when they won't leave for ice cream. The price ($13 plus tax for unlimited play plus a snack token) can't be beaten. I will definitely be back! read more

We're big fans of Play Street so let's start with 5 stars. The kids had fun and the location is perfect. Minus one star for how hot it was in there. And minus another star for lack of mask enforcement (moms sitting around with masks around their chins) and no sanitizing or cleaning while we were there . There's lots of little parts and pieces and unfortunately, moms that are there for social hour are not watching if kids put pieces in their mouths. I think it's important for kids to socialize and have a safe place to play during this time, but I'm not sure we would go back without seeing better mask enforcement and cleaning during play time. Only one worker was present and they were making slime kits so they were busy and unable to sanitize. read more
