Although he gave me a price on fixing the repairs, he allowed me to do them myself to save the money. I was impressed by his thoroughness as well as how he took the time to carefully explain why I needed a quality caulking more than a quality paint. He was not trying to oversell me. Also, he was knowledgeable. Tony came out for the first day of the job, which was Memorial Day. He seemed to do a rushed and haphazard job and perhaps just wanted to not work on a holiday. Can't blame him, but he should not have been scheduled for that day in that case. HOWEVER, after I contacted the office about it, he and his coworker, Elisa did a thorough job with the washing, caulking and painting after that. They addressed all of our concerns and remained friendly. We found some missed areas on our inspection, but Tony was very good at making sure we were completely satisfied before we paid. The house looks beautiful and I would sincerely recommend CertaPro of Gwinnett for exterior painting. Just, as with any contractor, make sure you are monitoring each day and carefully inspect the work. I have yet to find any perfect contractors but it is really good to have ones that will work with you without arguing.

Because they spilled their chemicals or had leaking containers of chemicals and placed them on my green lawn killing large patches of my grass!!!! Also the whole point of me wanting to pressure wash my deck was to removed the mold/mildew in which that was NOT done!!! Not only was it not done the existing paint that certa pro did just last year was stripped and the remedy offered by Cale was to pay a lot more to get it "fixed and painted again" All they did was move the furniture to different parts of the deck and patio and wash not allowing the parts where the furniture was moved to dry properly. All the chipped paint scraps and debris from the pressure washing were left all over my yard and patio and my children's play structure and trampoline in which I had to do more clean up. What a waste of time & money!
