Bought two cockatiels from here, they were sick. The bird had bubbles in the eyes and was biting it's feet and kept sneezing. Clearly the bird needed more care and medicine and they just put it back into the cage with other birds spreading the disease even further instead of separating it and healing it. Instead they just gave us another bird to exchange it because they wouldn't refund the money (additionally, it's from the same cage they just put the other sick one I returned). 4 days later both birds were dead on the bottom of the cage. I think the store is under new owners. About 3 years ago they had really caring staff and birds were cared for and really knowledgeable.
