Their vibe is hella cool, they love what they do, taught me stuff I didn't know, gave honest opinions on what would suite me or not. I bought one against their recommendation, and returned it after wearing it one night and realizing they were right and exchanged it for the one they recommended. I've worn it almost every day since. They also didn't have one I wanted at the time so they made a special order for me and had it delivered to me since I live out of state and sent me some gifts with it. Can't recommend them enough and they'll be. Stop every time I come to town.

After making the purchase, I asked if they could provide me with a few complimentary samples to take on an upcoming trip. I was told that I would have to purchase the samples instead. For a luxury fragrance brand, especially after purchasing one of their more expensive City Exclusive fragrances, I expected a little more generosity and warmth in the customer experience. It wasn't a major issue, but it definitely took away from what should have been a more enjoyable luxury shopping experience. I really like Le Labo and Gaiac 10, but based on this experience, if I purchase from Le Labo again, it will probably be online rather than in-store.

Iodine (povidone-iodine/Betadine) is a standard, internationally used antiseptic. The issue wasn't just that they didn't carry it, but that they dismissed it with incorrect information. For a pharmacy, lack of basic product knowledge is a serious concern. Unfortunately, I wouldn't recommend this place based on this experience.
