I had never had that detailed of a consultation, and I was so grateful for it after having a negative hair experience the previous year. The moment I sat in her chair in her beautifully designed boutique studio I knew my hair was in excellent hands. Cierra has never made me feel bad for intermittently "box dying" my hair over the years trying to get my ideal auburn (unlike other stylists have!) Instead she developed a plan to treat and heal my hair. From the perfect cut and trim each time to capturing the most amazing natural looking auburn color that I had in my 20's I am stunned each time I leave at how beautiful my hair looks! I now regularly receive compliments from strangers about my hair and my coworkers are shocked when I tell them it's colored because Cierra makes my hair color look so natural. My hair is finally growing long and it's visibly strong and healthy. I credit Cierra for that, with her coloring techniques and high quality products and recommendations my hair is transformed. She even filmed a video clip for my reference of her blowdrying technique on my hair when I told her I was challenged with styling my bangs...I've never had a stylist do that! He gave great input too and recommended a blunt cut for my fine hair, which turned out wonderfully by the way! When it came to styling time, I asked him to surprise me. I was intrigued by his blow-dry technique with the round brush, it added a nice curl to my hair, and I've never seen it done like that before. When he had me open my eyes for the final reveal, I felt like a contestant on a makeover show haha. My hair looked like it was straight out of a shampoo/conditioner commercial -- so light feeling and shiny. I would recommend going to Alex not only for his artistic hair skills but also because there was no the awkward conversation during the haircut which I usually dread, with Alex, it felt like I was talking to an old friend and the time went by so fast! It's apparent that he loves what he does and he takes pride in his work. I plan on revisiting him in a few months for a trim, which I know my hair will be happy about since I wouldn't usually go back so soon.

Sounds a lot like someone in the white house. I would't go out of my way to describe in detail the terrible product and service that Nikki provided without it being true. I have better things to do with my time. Girl's and women alike deserve to know what type of business they're exchanging their money with. Nikki claims that I went to another salon and had my extensions "demolished" by someone inexperienced, then complained to get my money back. This is absolutely NOT TRUE. Nikki falsely advertised "high quality" hair that matted and tangled after a few weeks. I only tried to see her about this and got the run-around for weeks. Then the boot. Nikki states that I also sent her pictures of the products I used which were "filled with ingredients to avoid." This is also completely false. I never sent her pictures and my hair is thin and sensitive so I have only ever used organic & natural hair products. She claims I have THICK hair. My hair is BABY THIN. That I told her I was a "starving" musician? Never. That I refused her advice of getting an extra track because of my "thick hair?" Never. That I used a "false" price of $500? Why would I make up a price?? That Nikki tried to give me a chair and I just argued my "ignorant points?" All I wanted was for Nikki to see me. And that I was a "nightmare client?" These claims and passive-aggressive remarks are offensively false. Nikki Mumolo is a pathological liar who has absolutely NO integrity and takes ZERO accountability for her mistakes.
