Retaining Lou Cutrone was a good decision and I would hire him again in a heart beat. The Details: I was rear-ended on the 101 Fwy 3 days before leaving to Maui for vacation. I work in an Urgent Care doing trauma nursing and x-ray, so I knew I had a good 12 hrs before the pain of my whiplash injury began in earnest. I went to work, the ER doc gave me an injection of Torodol to get me thru my shift, and I called my husband and asked him to get to work on finding an attorney. No one wanted to talk to him!! He kept getting kicked down the road "referred" to others. Finally he called Lou. Lou was on my case instantly. I met with him the following day, he got me a doctor's appt and a physical therapy appt, and he got to work on getting my car fixed. ALL IN ONE DAY. Time was important in my case. Had I just left for my holiday without beginning treatment things would not have worked out for me. You need a lawyer to tell you these things. Because of Lou's hard work I had three medical appts. before leaving which helped my body heal and helped my case.
