They generally have easy parking. I was especially happy on a night this month that we were having a birthday dinner for my daughter. She decided that she'd like a sushi night. Instead of trying to get trays, last minute, from a restaurant I ran into Fred Meyer to see what they had to offer. They had some great options ready made!! I chose a bunch of different trays and headed home to make a dinner spread. We added rice and pan fried noodles made at home and it was a great birthday dinner. Everyone was happy and a big bonus, that I ALWAYS worry about with raw fish items, no one had any upset stomachs. I've always been happy with meats, cheeses, grab and go items, and now the sushi from this specific store.

I buy a lot of bulk items for meal prep- things like oats, flour, beans, rice, vegetables, etc. The prices here are awesome; in store, you'll pay about $2 a pound for oats (store brand) but here it's $1 for Bob's Red Mill organic oats. Same deal for other dry shelf goods- as someone getting into cheaper meal prepping, this really is the place to go for such deals. The store itself is very basic- concrete floors, high shelving, barebones customer service. It is meant for business customers but I come here for my house- they also carry industrial/commercial strength cleaners, kitchen equipment and janitorial supplies. They don't carry electronics, entertainment, prepackaged meals, clothing or anything else of that sort. I don't mind though- I just go elsewhere for those types of items. Depending on what you value, I'd say it is definitely worth coming to this store either as a business owner or individual.

First their selection sucks. Second the soda was flat like a two week old 2- liter left open. So I poured out the flavor to try another. I put a single shot in the bottom and it was the same. I told the owner, he tried them all showed me flat soda and told me they looked good but wouldn't even try it, then told me I had to pay for an empty cup.

I stopped in here on the way out to a venue in BFE to score a coconut water (yup, they have multiple kinds) and a Vitamin Water (they have that too) and encountered a somewhat surreal scene. Everyone rolling in to the shop seemed to be on a first-name basis with the two cashiers. But you know from they way they received me in a casual, friendly manner, it could be that they just have that vibe with everyone. Who knows? Regardless, this is your place to score anything from beer to snacks to sodas to some hot fried foods (burritos, jo-jo's, chicken, mozz-sticks, etc) to cigs to whatever. It's bigger than a 7-11 and has way more character. Could it be that Canby still has that home-town feel? Who knows. But the TNT sure does, and stopping in here was kind of a kick in the pants (to use a small-town saying). TNT = BOOM!
