The excuses of "oh we had a lot of sick calls today, so your medication hasn't been filled yet", then changing the story to "we had to order this medication in", yet the pharmacist the night before never stated the medication needed to be ordered in... keep in mind I was told it would be ready the night before by the pharmacist within an hour. So when I waited until the next day to pick it up, and I was told "it wasn't ready and wouldn't be ready for quite awhile" it was upsetting, and the cashier wasn't friendly about it, she just made excuses. Instead of making an effort to get it done, I felt like I was inconveniencing them just by being there. I'd go elsewhere and believe me I've looked into it, if the costs for 1 medication weren't such an enormous difference everywhere else. While I understand the day in day out dealing with customers can kill a persons soul. I do my best to remember how awful people can be and I try to be polite, respectful, and courteous for that very reason. A little communication without excuses and an attitude can go a long way. Maybe trying to put a rush on items that should have been ready prior to incoming rx would help too when a person comes to pick the prescription up, maybe prioritize those rx first.

I love walking up and down every aisle, marveling at the industrial size mixing bowls, baking supplies, ladles, rolling pins - you name it, it's here! Grills, griddles, fryers, cast iron - yep, got it! They also have a selection of bar ware, both the serving glasses and the tools to stock your own bar at home. Even neon signs! Since my dinnerware is white, I often come here to pick up additional serving platters, individual salt bowls, cream pitchers or whatever I need or just want to add to my table scale. Of course they have the large appliances - refrigerators, ovens, microwaves, wine refrigerators, etc. Prices are affordable and you can buy single pieces or bulk. Customer service is friendly, they greet you when you enter and let you browse. If you need assistance, they are there to help. That's exactly how I prefer it.
