This C&C is clean and well stocked. They have an enormous variety and great weekly specials. I enjoy receiving coupons in the mail and finding new products when I visit weekly sometimes twice a week. You get to know the high volume times as well as the low volume times. Honestly, there are days and times when you have the entire store to yourself or you're stuck in line way back behind all the folks who thinks this is CostCo. Drives me nuts. I loved this store even more back when you had to prove you had a small business and it was exclusive but those days have long since passed and for some strange reason keeps the conversation with the employees humorous. Every time I've picked up the wrong thing - wrong yeast - wrong cheese - whatever, they are totally cool with bringing it back and exchanging it. No questions asked which is more than I can say for most food stores. And plus they will actually start carrying an item if you request it which also a huge bonus (my beloved Shepherd's Grain Flour I could only find at Puratos in BFE). So if you need excellent customer service, a huge selection and don't mind the folks who go there to buy one single carton of eggs to hold up the line you are in for a treat. This is the first really bad experience I've had with a Costco food court and this is not my normal Costco. I called ahead and pre-ordered my pizza. When I paid for my pizza. I also ordered two mocha freezes and a strawberry frozen yogurt. The food court staff did not put the lid on the mocha freeze and for whatever reason thought this was a coyote ugly experience and slid the mocha freeze across the counter with such Force. It went right off the counter and all over myself and my son. Wall covered in sticky sugar, the food court staff just stood there watching us. A random 7-year-old had to go and get paper towels so I could try to not track mocha freeze all over. The food court staff immediately asked if I would want them to remake the one they threw at me. I was beyond confused and told them I have to go to the bathroom to wash out my shoes and pants now. As I was able to catch one of the mocha freezes. The food card staff told me they would put it in the refrigerator To which I'm thinking you will remake my order. When I come back. After trying to remove all of the mocha freeze in the bathroom, we came back and had to wait in line as they were very confused that we still wanted our order. They finally gave us our pizza which they made wrong and told us we would have to go to the end of the queue if we wanted to get the pizza we ordered. A. At which point a manager was called over to try to assist in the situation. She told me she would watch the video feed later and wanted to know what she could do to help. I said I would like my food but since it's not ready I would like a refund. She then said she would give us a gift card but that would take too much time and the next time we come to just ask for her? Everything about the situation was weird. She then tried to get a refund on my $17 order but was unable to. Eventually she handed me $10 cash to try to fix this mistake. I was still covered in mocha freeze. The order was wrong. And I will not be getting food from this Costco food court again.

Grills, griddles, fryers, cast iron - yep, got it! They also have a selection of bar ware, both the serving glasses and the tools to stock your own bar at home. Even neon signs! Since my dinnerware is white, I often come here to pick up additional serving platters, individual salt bowls, cream pitchers or whatever I need or just want to add to my table scale. Of course they have the large appliances - refrigerators, ovens, microwaves, wine refrigerators, etc. Prices are affordable and you can buy single pieces or bulk. Customer service is friendly, they greet you when you enter and let you browse. If you need assistance, they are there to help. That's exactly how I prefer it.
