My husband and I had two other rings resized here and both were routine - however, the more intricate and pricey repairs to my other rings did not go smoothly.. and i definitely say it was over priced.. However, the sales people are very nice and they have beautiful jewelry- they even have a good array of Pandora. They've since then done a few appraisals for me on other pieces and those experiences were okay.
